Extremely disappointed because I drove 30 minutes to get my car detailed at this location I get here and the guy tells me that it's going to be a while because they're shortstaffed so it's gonna be a long wait I said that's OK because I bought things so that I can work as I waited wait then he basically tells me that they're just not gonna take my car in is at 1 PM and guys don't close until I believe is it 8 o'clock so I'm not understanding why my car wasn't able to get service so now I'm sitting in traffic on the way home after having wasted an hour of my time and lunch break. just because they didn't wanna take my car? Not to mention I sat there for about 20 mins and not one car was being washed or tended too. There wasn't even any water on the ground. read more

Rude and unprofessional! I've been there on four different occasions with three different vehicles since this place was updated with the new owner. The young lady at the kiosk is rude and denied service each time for the following reasons: 1. I arrived "too late"- an hour before closing 2. They were understaffed 3. They were too busy- I was the first customer of the day 4. Staff wasn't vacuuming for "unknown reasons". I pointed out there were 3 staff in the vacuum area and she shrugged her shoulders saying "idk". Find another place, definitely not worth the rude experience. read more

I have used this car wash before the Renovation and since. Never had a complaint but upon checking my checking account I saw a $55 charge that is not mine. Looks like someone used my card there and it was not me. I tried to call, but got an odd message to call a different number. I am not happy with this place right now read more

I took my nieces car in today (July 17th) for a complete detailing. I arrived at 8:40am they checked me in at 8:47am. We were told the car would be ready in 3hrs. The car was ready to be picked up at 4pm. I spoke with owner and he was not concerned with my issues. I will not use their services again. read more

They do not have a working business telephone number so it was hard to reach them to find out their business hours or to set up an appointment. I bought 2 car details for me and my bf and for the first try, I tried to call ahead to see if they were free that day, but the phone number listed on Groupon, their website, and Yelp is not a working number. We decided to swing by anyways since there was no way of getting in contact with them and we were just hoping they take walk ins. We stopped by to find out they were not open so it was a waste of time driving there for no reason. The business hours were on the front door and they should have been open during that time but maybe it was just an off day. We were able to get 1 car detailed on the second try and they did a great job. After some weeks went by, I tried looking for a different number to see if it had been updated online so we could call ahead of time to see if they would be there that day. There was no updated or working number. So we drove by during their normal business hours anyways and again they were not open. We stopped by a total of 3 more times over the course of some months hoping each time it was going to be a good day for them to be open and we got more frustrated each time we got there and found out there was no one there. I had written a note and explained that I was trying to reach them on a day they were working and asked them to call me so we can set up an appointment. I never received a call. I waited about another month and decided to try one last time and luckily they were open. I stood in the office about 5 minutes waiting for the one person I could hear in the back room who was on the phone. After he got off the phone and came to the front he told me they were down and immediately tried to turn me away. I had to explain to him that this was my fourth time here and at that point I'm wanting to just get the bare minimum in the Groupon done and over with. He said it was a bad week but I told him I've been trying for months to get a hold of them. He said he would see if they could get me so I followed him and parked my car in the lane around the corner and another guy came out ready to clean before I got out the car. There were no other cars there. He said it would be about an hour with no car wash which was fine and quicker than I expected. I knew they would another great job which they did. It was a pain getting to that point though. I don't think it should take 6 tries to get our paid services and I wouldn't trust things there to get consistent enough to go back. read more

Years of going to this car wash since it was built. He didn't even say the words, "I'm sorry" about sending my car through wash without completely closing drivers door. Ruined leather seat in Volvo XC90. And, I was about to let them shampoo the carpets, was considering a detail. NOT!!! Came in on my day off had a $5 coupon for one of there best washes. Great customer service, a walk way from QT which is super convenient waiting on your car to be detailed. The young lady at the front was super friendly and helpful she recommended the best wash which was amazing my car came out looking like new. Definitely will be coming back. read more

Pretty good. For a 5 star rating they could have moved or lifted the box in the back seat and vacuumed underneath it; it wasn't heavy.

They tried to over charge me and when I questioned them about it the manger told me to take my business elsewhere. I said for what? He said because he didnt like the way I was talking to him.
