Came here for a cleaning of the interior and exterior of my mother's car. I made sure to come at an off time because I've seen how long the line can get. After the gentleman kindly explained the services they offer, I opted for the cheapest and quickest option. The cleaning itself took about 15 minute's starting from the internal vacuuming, car wash, to the wiping down of the dashboard, windows, and doors afterwards. It smelled cleaned and for the most part was. I'm assuming because this was the most economical option, there was a ton of attention to detail. For example, a prior layer of spilt tide. Overall, they did a decent job for what I consider to be a considerable price of $55 ($40 for external 15 for internal). I may come again. read more

I paid $60 which was to include the interior. The interior console and pockets were not vacuumed and still full of debris. Dust all over the shifter area. They left a spray bottle in the vehicle which I returned. They left the passenger door slightly ajar and it came open as I was driving away. Horrible, try anywhere else. read more

I spoke to management never received a call back I went there the next day the manager was not working that I spoke to another manager said they watched the camera and there was nothing they could do! The quality has gone downhill over that past several years. They miss large areas of the interior, which I can understand as the coverage is statistical, however there is a much larger problem. I have ordered the top of the line, $45 interior and exterior with spray wax exactly twice. BOTH times they skipped the spray wax that I paid extra for, and had to be reminded, as I was watching and caught it. This tells me that they are systematically charging people for services that they do not perform, which is completely unacceptable. read more

This place is an absolute scam with no morals or accountability. I went here on 8/19/25 to have my car washed and vacuumed. All my seats at the back of the van were stowed down and laid flat upon arrival. The employees who clearly have no idea how to vehicles pulled the stow away handle so hard improperly that they damaged both the cable and broke the handle. A spring would have fallen out and they would have been aware of the damage. Rather than letting us know right then and there they broke something, they vacuumed up the springs and let us go home. Immediately when we went home and tried to stow the seats away again, we realized that one of them wouldn't go down and the handle was lose. This was less than one hour of us getting home from the wash. We are lucky we even realized it that day as most people would have just kept their seats up. I took a video of the damage and called the car wash for over 2 weeks without anyone ever picking up the phone and returning my call. I had to take it to my dealership and it cost me $800 to repair. This was not a old car. It is a 2022 sienna and this is the first time this issue ever occurred. I called the corporate office and spoke to Lisa. She was incredibly unhelpful and rude. No care or accountability for what their employees have done. I had to go back to the wash and fill out an incident report the day I spoke to her and they had the nerve to state that "too much time has passed". Maybe pick up your phone or call back? Obviously if you let time pass it will. There is no policy in place on their website for making a claim. Lisa and Pedro (manager at the wash) tried to claim it's our fault because we had things in our car. We came in with no issues stowing away the seats. In fact it was stowed completely down. And after the wash we couldn't get the seat down at all. So how is that our fault? Their incident report process is a joke and just a way for them to make it look like they're doing something. They haven't shared the video with me at the wash and they won't event take my own videos that I took after the wash. So how is this a thorough review process? I'm absolutely disgusted with the behavior of people here and that they are okay with letting customers take a $800 hit for something they did wrong. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This used to be my absolute favorite car wash. They've increased prices, now unbelievably high. The person who dried my car used a sopping wet rag. My windshield was so dirty and streaked when I left. Go to Tritonwash in Salem. read more

Horrible car wash, I went there recently paid 26 dollars for an external wash after the wash came out horrible I went to run it again and was told I paid 16 so after arguing about it they ran my car through at 26 so after round 2 I still didn't like the way it came out I have had a few incidents at this car wash and I'm done if you value your car don't bring it here Not impressive at all Plus the employees and managers were horrible read more

You might as well wash your car yourself they don't do a good job at all. They barely vacuum anything and you can see all the dust and dirt still in and on the car all they do is pass a wet rag and call it a day. The supervisor doesn't know what she's doing at all not sure how she got the position. read more

I'm sitting here waiting In one of the 2 lanes for the full service package and what is so aggravating is that the lane to my left is doing two vehicles to every one that my lane is doing. I was directed to this lane by worker but there should be a better system to move vehicles through in the order that they arrived. Just my opinion read more

If you get an exterior car wash; I recommend you to check the job before you leave the location. They did a lousy job, went back the next day and they said I had to pay again. Paid $11 wasted. read more

I have been a customer for over 20 years, and have never really had an issue, until of late the people are not properly trained to use the POS system, I have been treated very rudely by the manager, he appears to not care less. They think that they are the only game in town, they are not. I am a monthly wash customer and i will be discontinuing it. read more
