My mother believed Mr. Morgan when he said he would return to finish the job. She believed him because he said he was a christian man. It's wrong to take advantage of people. It's even worse to fail at the thing you are hired to do. I'll be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. My opinion is to avoid using this man for your plumbing needs, and at a minimum if you have no other option, don't pay him a single dollar until 100% of the work is done to your satisfaction.

We've used Lance for our plumbing needs for approximately 8-10 years. Late in July 2024 our hot…read morewater tank started leaking and it apparently wasn't repairable. Lance came by and took some measurements and sent a relative (I believe his nephew and the nephew's son) to our house to replace the tank. I have no problem with the work that was done. The tank has been performing as it should. We were charged $1540.00 for the job. I thought this was a little steep. Lance had been here no more than 15 minutes and the installers were here no more than 2 1/2 hours. Lance's prices have been a little high before, so I don't know if the labor charge of $500.00 was reasonable or not. I do know I was overcharged for the tank and drip pan. I was told these were purchased at Lowe's. I checked with Lowe's and the tank cost $569.00. Lance charged $840.00 for it. The most expensive drip pan Lowe's had was $39.00. I was charged $200.00 for this. I phoned Lance about this and he told me he hadn't seen the invoice. I offered to send him a copy and he said he'd look it over and call me back. I still haven't heard from Lance and I don't expect to hear from him. Excluding the steep labor charge, I know I was overcharged at least $432.00. I had asked Lance to consider refunding at least part if not all of this amount. I'll leave this to the readers of this review to decide whether or not to hire Lance. I was overcharged at least $432.00. I think you know what I'll do the next time I need a plumber !

Hiring this business has been an absolute trainwreck. I was quoted three days to knock out a rough…read morein job. It's now been 21 days. They are always late and that's if they even show up. Jim will not communicate the fact that he is not coming, but he will make sure to provide you with an excuse to why he didn't make it some 12 to 24 hours later. In his guy's taking all my copper water lines they cut my copper heating lines out. Further they didn't disclose the mishap to me, or fix it. I had an HVAC guy come out to the house thinking something was wrong with the unit, nope the plumbers just took the lines. And yes, it was definitely the plumbers because when I directly asked Jim he admitted it was his guys. Lastly Jim requires you to pay for the bulk of the work in advance. It's on me for being the idiot to agree to that and then becoming captive to his timeline because shelling out more money to someone else is absolutely sickening. Luckily this whole saga ends in this message from him "& I wouldn't suggest being a bitch to me!ask some my exes I'll b a bigger prick so u either understand I'm having vehicle issues at the moment or raise hell make yourself miserable totally up to u." Because that's how far it needs to go for me to have enough brains to cut ties and find help elsewhere. This has been an absolute horror story. Only nice thing that I can say is that the two guys who primarily work for him were very kind and considerate towards me. I wish them the absolute best.

This business responded real fast to me within 2-3 min. But he was too far away to come device my water problems. I wished he was closer to where I live so he could've tried to fix my water but he's in another state. And couldn't do it. But I'm sure he would if he could read more

I wrote the check knowing I was being cheated. The fill valve is a $15 part (per Home Depot). He spent 15 minutes doing the job. Also, he kept dallying wanting to stay in my house as i kept trying to lead him to the door. Later, i saw him parked outside my house AGAIN! I think he was racking up time for the outrageous charge. I contacted the company and asked for a supervisor to call me and explain the charge. I received no call. I wrote all of this and submitted to the WV attorney general. Nothing will come of it, but I'm disgusted. Senior citizens are vulnerable.
