The lady answering the phone was as nice as could be (even after I called 3 times in one day to give her more info, like, be sure you send two guys because it will take that many to move this washer). The two guys showed up exactly on time and they called ahead to let me know they were on the way, just as the head office lady said they would. The two gents (one named Davis) went right to work and diagnosed the problem quickly. They were very professional and respectful of the house furnishings. All in all a great experience. We provided an extensive list of items to repair and they also made another recommendation that was not visible to us. Our truck is a 2008 6.4L Ford F-350 truck which requires that the cab be lifted off for some of these repair/service items and they wisely focused on major repairs and service items to maximize the value of the work required "under the hood."
