I would not suggesting working at this place at all. Everybody always has attitudes. I get told to do something, and I get yelled at for not being at the register. I haven't worked there in almost 2 months and I asked for assistance and got the most rude person ever. Being accused of doing something that I wasn't even doing. Yea no. Management at this place is poor and they definitely false advertise about being understanding to kids being sick and all that read more

Store is pretty big with plenty of space and have a lounge for the truckers and a large selection of beverages, the employees were very nice and professional definitely should check it out if your in the area. read more

Could you hire A more unpleasant person to work behind your hot food case. How hard is it to say hi can I help you thank you come again. An area favorite, this location has great access, clean restrooms, & good food. They even have seating if you want to stay to eat. If you're real picky about professionalism, this might not be the stop for you. Very laid back. One cashier only had socks on & our delicious bead was buttered without gloves. Not an issue for us, yet perhaps something they can work on. Super friendly & lots of positives! read more

Terrible rude service! Have these people ever saw an Asian man before? No? I guess not because they couldn't stop staring. No we didn't have Covid and he wouldn't have coughed on you. Some basic customer service skills and prompts would be an effective tool. "Hi, welcome to, how may I help you?" Won't be back! read more

BUT the points were still deducted from my Earnify app. So you literally stole from me. whats worse is that when I had the audacity to question it, the one clerk got rude with me and told me to "get my food or leave" and that "Earnify is BP and we are the lakeland." The other clerk virtually threw my change at me and I heard them talking trash as I walked out. Your store has opted into the program by participating in the points system via fuel purchases. When you opt into something, you are agreeing to honor it! I am a regular customer who comes in several times a week. I have never been treated so rudely by your staff until now. They even have small conference rooms you can reserve (or just use if they're open) for meetings or work. They're also female owned! They have a standard menu along with a rotating seasonal one. They also have a variety of food options for breakfast and lunch, including many vegan options. It can be hard to come by intentionally made vegan food in this area and the effort is much appreciated. There were some cookies and macarons out when we stopped by as well, the former of which was vegan and gluten free. Who knew such a woke business was tucked away in Storm Lake? They also have a drive thru, but I recommend stopping inside with a friend for a nice morning in town. I tried a mint mocha seasonal drink and the aforementioned vegan oatmeal cookie. Both were great and I would get them again. This is my new go-to coffee shop in Storm Lake and it is absolutely worth a visit.
