Best coffee shop in Storm Lake! They have it all: good vibes, yummy drinks, and friendly staff. They even have small conference rooms you can reserve (or just use if they're open) for meetings or work. They're also female owned! They have a standard menu along with a rotating seasonal one. They also have a variety of food options for breakfast and lunch, including many vegan options. It can be hard to come by intentionally made vegan food in this area and the effort is much appreciated. There were some cookies and macarons out when we stopped by as well, the former of which was vegan and gluten free. Who knew such a woke business was tucked away in Storm Lake? They also have a drive thru, but I recommend stopping inside with a friend for a nice morning in town. I tried a mint mocha seasonal drink and the aforementioned vegan oatmeal cookie. Both were great and I would get them again. This is my new go-to coffee shop in Storm Lake and it is absolutely worth a visit. read more

I didn't think I'd ever find delicious homemade vegan food in rural Iowa, but I did! I met the owner of this little cafe and we quickly bonded over our background and she was so lovely and suggested several of her delicious creations. Everything tasted fabulous and was clearly made with love and care. I was very full after having kale soup, a turkey sandwich, and a slice of cheesecake. Cute and quaint! Very relaxing and well done. The coffees that I tried were excellent, flavorful and well balanced. The cinnamon maple latte was sweet and savory with a smooth espresso finish. The charcoal mocha was unique and fun, the acidity took a minute to get used to but softened nicely. The barista was wonderful, very personable but comfortable and soft spoken. Absolutely one of the best coffee shops in the country. Stopped on RAGBRAI, and picked up Nitro Cold brew that was . Vanilla latte for friend was also amazing. Drove 30 miles the opposite way the next morning to get it again. I travel every week to a different state and this is a top 5 coffee shop nationally. (Others are buzzing bee in San Diego, a place in Downtown Detroit, and Sidecar in Cedar Falls, IA) Don't go chain in Storm Lake, go local and love life. read more

Just got back to Colorado after a visit to Iowa. Stopped, not once, but 4 times, to the Coffee Tree!! OMGosh, delish food!! I Soooooooooo love the Breakfast bowl, the Ham/Cheese Croissant, the Muffins are to die for and their Iced Bubble Tea, Charcoal Tea, and coffees, Cappuccino, Ok, ok, I may as well put just about the whole menu on here that we tried. ABSOLUTELY FANTABULOUS!! AND HEALTHY!! Employees are friendly, knowledgeable of the ingredients of everything there and ready to serve. Love this place! We each got a latte and I split a muffin and scone (right out of the oven!) with my guest. I loved they had tables for small or large groups but the old offices of the bank have been turned into meeting places if you want it to be a little more quiet. Service was fast and very polite. The best place in town to relax that isn't home or the work place. Unlike other "coffee shops" in town, this place allows you to sit back, relax, get some work done, enjoy a wide selection of espresso-based drinks, and hang out for as long as you want without feeling rushed or like they need your table for the next customer. Service is kind and accommodating to people new to flavored coffee. The baristas are skilled and knowledgeable and are able to serve the best latte in town. Decided to walk and try this new coffee shop in town. It was closed at the time but the owner/worker saw us and was really kind of her to unlock the door and serve us. Inside has marble floors and nice small chairs and tables. Love the interior design of this place ! They have a nice selection of coffee and the signature all sound delicious. Also they serve a few salads and wraps etc as well for to go. Which reminds me, they have a drive through, bring your dog through there and they'll give doggo a treat woof! Location is very convenient and noticeable, right near downtown. Definitely a good place for casual talks with a few companions. read more

Stopped in for a light lunch and a cup of coffee and was extremely surprised at the beautiful surroundings and pleasant atmosphere. The young ladies that were serving us were very helpful and courteous. I had coffee with a sandwich consisting of chicken breast and Panini bread that was hot served with potato chips on the side for only $5.25. I would highly recommend this coffee shop.
