Within just a few minutes, Roger responded to my service request to have a 20' aluminum flag pole welded to its base plate. I called him to discuss the repair and he gave me a very reasonable estimate so I brought the parts in for him to inspect. When I arrived at his shop, he said he could do the work while I waited, I was very happy to hear this since I live 30 miles away. Two guys were working on other projects in a well organized shop and he still found the time to help me. It only took him about 15 minutes to complete the welding job which turned out better than expected and looked very professional. I am confident the repair will withstand the high winds where it will be placed Amazing customer service that I am glad to recommend to my friends and I will keep Sparky's in mind for any future welding or metal fabrication needs. My flag pole will be mounted and proudly fly a 4'x6' American flag this 250th Independance Day to honor two uncles who died in WWII my father, brother, and all who fought to serve this great nation and secure our freedom. I'm very impressed with Roger. I took my car in to have the frame welded. Unfortunately it was beyond repair. Roger was honest and let me know. He said "Don't let anyone tell you they can repair it. There are people out there that will take your money, but it would be too dangerous to fix and then drive." If you need a good repair from an honest person, Roger is your man. read more

Brian the repairman was prompt and courteous with exception of the third day, he appeared angered over the loss of a folding multi-tool and took a few minutes to search my home for it. He spent the first hour or so glaring at me as if I was responsible for the loss of his tool. His behavior was a bit annoying, but in retrospect, I would probably act the same if I lost an expensive tool that I use everyday as well. The job took three business days to complete, an amount of time I had no issue as I was assured that my repairs would be done well before my personal deadline. The work completed is working as expected with exception of the city water meter being reassembled backwards. The city reassembled the meter correctly at no charge to us a few days after we were contacted about having a negative water flow on our bill. Over all I am very satisfied with the work that Standard Plumbing performed in my home and have added Standard Plumbing to my contact list for heating and plumbing for future plumbing or heating needs.

Found Sparky's in a google search looking for some aluminum welding repair on our port side gunnel of our boat where six tach welds had failed. Roger stopped by our house a couple hours after calling him to see if he would be able to do the work I was requesting. The next day I brought the boat over to his shop and the welding was done. Great care was given to sink the heat created by the welding process to maintain the interior and exterior finish of the boat. The welds have no rough surfaces to cut hands or the travel cover. I highly recommend Sparky's based on the quality of the work and the timely manner that they responded and finish cost was what was quoted up front. read more

Borrowed a Transport Chair for use by my wife. After a few weeks, one of the weld spots let go and the parts broke apart. Looked on google for aluminum welders in my area and up pops Sparkys. Called him and he told me to bring it out and he would fix it. I did and he did. This gentleman took me on a tour of his business, placed me in the office, offered me all kind of snacks and soft drinks or coffee. He fixed my part within a half hour and bless his heart did not charge me a dime. God bless this type of business. read more
