Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

Brian the repairman was prompt and courteous with exception of the third day, he appeared angered over the loss of a folding multi-tool and took a few minutes to search my home for it. He spent the first hour or so glaring at me as if I was responsible for the loss of his tool. His behavior was a bit annoying, but in retrospect, I would probably act the same if I lost an expensive tool that I use everyday as well. The job took three business days to complete, an amount of time I had no issue as I was assured that my repairs would be done well before my personal deadline. The work completed is working as expected with exception of the city water meter being reassembled backwards. The city reassembled the meter correctly at no charge to us a few days after we were contacted about having a negative water flow on our bill. Over all I am very satisfied with the work that Standard Plumbing performed in my home and have added Standard Plumbing to my contact list for heating and plumbing for future plumbing or heating needs.

We had some problems with a couple of breakers blowing and he came out that evening to check it out. He quickly diagnosed the issue and remedied the problem the next day. We also needed several additional items taken care of, ranging from a new GSF outdoor outlet installed, several new outdoor motion light fixtures installed, and new kitchen light fixtures installed. Todd did great job and his prices were more than fair compared to other quotes we received. He also found a serious problem which the other companies did not notice, as we had water leaking in from the main line coming into the breaker panel.
