In the 30 years we've had it there were never any issues or problems, until one day it just stopped working. We didn't know who to call for a repair on this old machine, an original Maytag, and a model that is no longer sold. No electronics, no bells and whistles, just an old workhorse. We didn't want to scrap it because of the quality build. We needed someone who knew about older machines as well as the newer more electronic ones. We are so happy we called Bob at Canton Appliance Service. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, had some parts with him and within a quick half hour or so, the dryer was repaired, cleaned and reassembled. He was prompt, courteous, reasonable, and a good value. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice for a repair person, Bob is a good choice for all older machines and of course all the newer fancy ones.

Was cleaned and serviced like new They even threw in free water hoses. Very easy to work with and they do onsite repair. They also care spare parts for common things and allowed me to return one for a full refund when I didn't need it. All in all wonderful people to work with. He and the lady behind the desk helped me and explained to me all I needed to know. The owner and his partner came out, they were very cool and professional they set it up the next day on time and their prices are fantastic and they were a pleasure to have a conversation with and I got a nice machine for 70% less than I would have paid for a new low end unit. They carry whirlpools, kenmore's and all the higher end stuff that they go over piece by piece. That washer works like a dream call P and E when you need a good price and prompt service they are your best bet in my opinion

We couldn't do same day, so we met the following morning. Just as hoped, the guy kept it straightforward, honest, helpful and as described. A little context: Originally Sears was out (yes, they still exist). Having repaired a few refrigerators, garage doors and operator control boards myself over the years, I knew things weren't right with these Sears guys (yes, plural -- well, one in training, poor sod). They weren't dishonest, really, just excessive. Especially with cost (...pretty obviously constrained by dinosaur policy -- what felt geared towards getting a fleeced customer to buy a new appliance from Sears). The Sears guys estimated a four-figure two-man project, including for two off-the-shelf generic machine screws, $37 each, parts only. (Still had to pay them for coming out.) Bless their little hearts. I can see how people get bamboozed by this blue-shirted Sears "professionalism". Hearing good things, I contacted Daniil. And in a little more than a day, paid an eighth of the price for way more, better, no-nonsense, good natured, in-and-out service. With warranty. I have used this company for years at home and at my rentals. The last 2 times have not been good…read more I booked a service call to look at my washer. I figured it might be shot and it was. However, when I booked the call, I asked if they could clean my dryer vent under the same call. I was told yes. The repair man said there was a mix up between the call center and the company and he would not do it. Also, my washer was leaking from the inside causing the water on the floor. He did not even take 30 seconds to turn off the water to the washer or tell me I should do it. He was not friendly at all. I called the office and the person could not have cared less. She said she gets tons of complaints about the call center but it works out financially well for the owner. she also said she gets a lot of complaints about this particular repair man. My 12 rental properties and I are saying goodbye. If you want local support, give good service.

They have always been very nice and they explain what they are doing. Dean even gave me some advice on my refrigerator when he was here to fix my grill. The repairmen specialize by brand and appliance. We have a high end grill and this place is the only place we can find to fix it correctly. They know what they are doing. They have worked me into the schedule when we were having a party so we could use our grill. I can't say enough great things about them. I was very surprised when I found such bad reviews. He squinted suspiciously at me for a moment, nodded, and contacted Samuel Willhite, owner of Sam's Appliance Repair. I transferred what I could to the garage freezer and went to sleep that night knowing something would be done about my fridge by noon on Saturday. And so it was. Sam was at our house at 9 AM Saturday morning. By 9:30 he had located the problem and replaced the part. Because of his timely assistance I won't even have to throw out most of my groceries.
