It has a large well-maintained turf with shade trees along the perimeter. There's a playground, picnic tables, and a restroom. The well grown shade trees are really nice, especially in the hot summer months. The large grassy areas are good for group activities and sports. With such a large area, it seems like they should have a fenced in dog park. Also, there's no basketball courts or other sports facilities. There's some at the school, but I'm not sure if those are available to the public. Overall, it's a quiet place with wide open turf and shade trees. Park along street, no off-street lot. Open dawn to dusk.

On our way there we passed by several homeless people and potheads which I thought wasn't a safe environment for children to play around. We also saw several piles of glass on the bridge next to the park. The actual park was dirty and had leaves and insects everywhere. There were two playgrounds across from each other with a few benches. They were quite small and lame and the padding underneath the wood chips was sticking up. There is also a giant facility next to the park with large trucks carrying metal beams.
