We lived in Oakley and this park is just a couple of miles from our place. It's at the corner of O' Hara and Adams Lane in Brentwood. This place is huge and has two sections for kids (small and big kids) The playground is safe and the floor has rubber matting in case the kids slip. There's also a small rock climbing section and a covered patio for birthday parties. You have to reserve the patio for any events though. This is a nice and spacious place for kids to play and run around. read more

Top 5 toddler park in the area! It's well equipped with two play structures, swings, splash pads and open fields. Also plenty of places for sit. I also appreciate this park because a lot of it is shaded. It's a top choice when it's hot and my kids need to burn off some energy. read more

The Blue Goose park is a fun spot for kids! They have water flowers and a ton of playground equipment! The only problem was the older kids not letting the little ones go on the slides they liked. I just looked up at her, about 12 years old, I told her to let him go! She tried to say it was wet so too fast. No sense in that girl. I repeated it, let him go. Visited for the first time today April 20, 2024. The water was operating, so if the splash pad is your reason for stopping by, you won't be disappointed. There is a larger playground for bigger kids and a smaller playground for smaller kids. There's also a boulder for climbing and a big grassy area for yard play. I was impressed by the multiple canopies that offer shade, especially for adults and small ones in strollers. Even the swing area is shaded. I noticed a reservable area with picnic tables where a group was hosting a birthday party. There are flushing bathrooms nearby another area with picnic tables, along with multiple trash bins. This is really a lovely space to enjoy a hot sunny day. It's clean and located in a residential neighborhood. There is an off street parking lot, but I imagine it can get full on a nice day. When we arrived around 11am, there were 2 available parking spots. read more

This is an out of the way really nice neighborhood park. There are 4 sections basically for play. One is for 2-5 year olds with a bridge, slides, airplane controls, climbing, etc. The next section are full of different types of swings including one that disabled children can also swing on. I like the rubber mats which is not messy. Although the younger 2-5 yo area is still shredded bark. I would suggest the rubber mats which in this area would be better for the little ones! After the slides, there is a water play area with sprinkler like large flowers, structures, etc. The kids loved that area of course! Great for a hot day. There is not much shade, but I saw people bring their chairs that had shades on them- that is so smart! They also had a shower near the bathroom. Then there is a section for a bit older kids. Very nice structure to climb and slide. Looks like red barns on all the play structures. Off to the side they had see saws( would recommend to put in at least one more!). We couldn't get on it bc every time we headed towards it when it was empty, someone would quickly get on it! There is a shaded table area perfect for birthday parties. Another grassy area where someone was setting up tents and chairs and tables. Idk if you have to reserve spots, but this is ideal for birthday parties for the younger set maybe below 10 yo. Idk if they charge to reserve the area. But this most likely will be cheaper than Chucky Cheese! I am all about free, so plenty of space to bring and set up a large table( if you have an suv) and chairs for free( if you have to pay to reserve the nice shaded area). My baby love the skate park we were there at least 3 hrs every time we go. The park is nice and clean and the atmosphere. It's a great place to bring the family for a picnic. It's also in a good location not hard to find, parking gets a little scarce if it's a family gathering going on though so get there early. read more

I had driven by this park a few times and decided to finally take my son. The parking is not that big do get there early. Not sure if you can park on the street. They have bathrooms that were very clean. They have a water area. There was 3 different play grounds. There was a large grass area. There's not a lot of shade do make sure you take your shade and chairs. Overall my son had a great time. Got wet for free on a hot day. I don't think dogs are allowed here. We celebrated my daughters 1st birthday and it was a success! This is a nice park and everyone enjoyed themselves. Kids can get wet in the splash zone and there's also a small/large child's playground with swings and slides. I rented the covered area through the city of Brentwood and they only allows 25 guest. It cost $79.00 for the whole day 7am-7pm. You're only allowed 1 10x10 canopy and 1 6ft long table which we had. It worked out. We had family setup their own blankets and lawn chairs near by. Best park my son and i went to today. He had so much fun running through all the water sprayers. Looking forward towards coming back with his focus on the playground/s. There's a free parking lot here. It seems if it gets busy guests would park on the street and walk in. Theres two showers and a eye wash station and also a smaller playground with Swings. Came here since the park down the street is always super crowded and never has any parking spots (can't remember the name). Had my 10 month old daughter with me. Place is probably better for kids who can at least walk/run. There are a few small structures that shoot water for kids to run through, but it comes out a bit too fast for a kid that can't walk yet, so I couldn't take full advantage. There are a couple of small play structures as well, but nothing overly impressive. Lots of space on the grass for kids to run around and play on, and there are some nice shaded areas with tables to eat/host birthday parties/ect... It's a nice park, nothing wrong with it, it's just very mediocre. I wish they had a water structure that squirted out water with less velocity, which would allow me to stand in/near with my daughter. I wouldn't tell anybody not to check this place out, you can at least get parking here, but it's worth checking out the other parks in the area before settling on a favorite. read more

Um no. This park is average. It's clean. I'm not worried about my son stepping on needles but it is not a 5 star park. It's old with few features for younger kids. No swings. Attached are some photos of rusting, chipping on the young child play area. Watch your little ones very carefully. I'm sure the water features are fun but definitely not worth any great effort to get here. read more

This park is wonderful! It has water and that is my little one's most favorite part! We can't wait until they turn the water on again for summer fun. We have been to the park 3 times and it was best on weekdays. We did it on a holiday and the park was really full; the hardest part was finding parking. We had to park on the street and walk but we still found a shady spot to lay out our blanket. Features: Water/splash pads: 4 flowers, 1 water tower and some little tube/spray arches. Small rock for climbing. Big red barn: 3 slides, 2 sliding poles and fun design. Toddler toys: area with items to ride on; like sea-saw, bounce things and mini play area. Spiderweb climb area. This is probably the best park in the entire Brentwood area because it was designed for kids. Where else can you find giant metal flowers that spray water and turn the entire center of the park into a fun water park? Nowhere else in this area. The theme of this park is barn yard and they really went to the nines with making certain that it was a physically and mentally stimulating park for kids. It's got great tables and benches hidden in the nooks and crannies of a very beautiful garden. They've got a funny little playground for the little tykes including a seesaw which is glorious in it's own right. They have a rock climbing area that's not too difficult either. The playground is pretty epic for kid's standards. It's a huge barn with three slides and about 4 different ways to get on it and off it and a bunch of other little additions that would make any child's frown turn upside down. It also has a smaller park for the little tykes which is just as fun and has mentally stimulating games that aren't too difficult. Let's not forget the huge sprawling grass area which is perfect for any fun, family-time sport and I've seen so many people have barbecues and parties here. It's a really great kid-friendly, family environment in an awesome location and it's not infested with teenagers with bad habits. It's a real gem. read more

Awesome water splash park! Large play areas for all ages with shady picnic tables. Shower stalls for rinsing off after play, clean restrooms, and in a nice neighborhood. There's even a tiki mobile truck that apparently frequents the park selling ice cream and snow cones. Although bring a little cash bc their card swiping system doesn't work very well. my friend took me and my daughter here today and I must say THANK YOU! this place is clean, there are water fixtures where kids can run free and get soaked specially on super hot days like today. there is also a playground a couple feet away from the water zone, that has slides. plenty of grass area to sit on. there's a couple benches under a roof for shade. its a pretty new place and I hope everyone who uses this park keeps it clean like it is. ;) read more

This is a great children's water park for toddlers & older children. The picnic & BBQ areas are wonderful with umbrellas 4 shade 4 infants, elderly, etc. & garbage/recycling nearby 4 a quick, easy clean-up afterwards. All the play structures were in good working order & it wasn't too crowded, even 4 a Sunday. In the future, it's probably better to come later in the afternoon when it's less crowded. This park is amazing! My kids love it and can play for hours. I can stand in the middle of the park and see the kids no matter where they go. The big play structure does have 2 areas where the kids can slide down a pole or spiral down, it's pretty high up for my youngest but I stand close enough when he's playing on it to help him up or down so he won't fall. My other kids are old enough to know to be careful when using these poles. Their ages are 2, 4, 5, & 12. The water features they have are the best on a hot day! To turn on the water, you have to place your hand on top of small pole next to the showers they have available to rinse off afterwards. I didn't know this until I saw a kid do it. There should be a sign stating this. There also a large grass area where my kids live to just run & roll down the small hill right behind the rock climbing area. They get to release all their energy! We'll be visiting throughout the summer for sure, just remember to bring sunscreen, hats, towels, pack a picnic & lots of water to drink. You can also bring a canopy or umbrella to shade you from the sun, it gets HOT! There are restrooms but not many shaded areas or seating. Bring a foldable chair if you don't want to stand or sit on the ground. read more
