I was told this is "normal" work by a friend who knows the owner, but find this unacceptable. If you wish to affiliate yourself with the autobody industry, the idea of my THREE DAY OLD $75,000 car being dropped off and coming back in worse condition is absurd, its not even barely satisfactory.
