Fantastic service by Adrian! Was scheduled here for a windshield replacement through insurance, and Adrian was able to get me in the next day. He was extremely kind and helpful. I had a tinted windshield before hand and because his wife owns Queen of Tint next door, they were able to get me and get a tint done at the same time. I can't recommend Mountain Aire enough. Amanda and team are responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were able to get me scheduled the day after I called, and very polite when I asked to reschedule to a few days later. My van had a bit of rust around the windshield, so they grinded it down and put a rust resistant primer on the metal before installing the new one. Okay, this was an experience that I definitely need to share because it was so easy and great! They messaged me very quickly via yelp messages and after a few back and forth on car make and model gave me a quote before the end of the workday! After the installation, I noticed some rattling and thought it was the windshield. Someone came back out within a day and took a look at the windshield. Called theses guys for 2 different jobs. They have yet to show up. 1st time they were supposed to come fix a window that would not roll up. After I was told no problem, they would be there I did not hear back, left multiple voice mails and text messages. Got the window fixed elsewhere. 2nd time they were asked to replace a windshield.
