I have awful pain from a herniated disc in my neck. Jenny Charged me $150 for "initial appointment"…read morewhich (before I got there and she realized my insurance didn't cover acupuncture and I might not be coming back) she told me was 1.5 hours. After learning this , she rushed me into the treatment, told me nothing about how acupuncture works, asked me almost no questions about my pain, stuck me on the table and left me alone for 30 minutes on an egg timer. She came back in before the timer was up and tried to rush me out. This was 45 minutes after I arrived. When I complained, she stuck more needles in me while I was sitting up, trying to extend the experience but it was clumsy and strange. I left crying and disappointed. Then she came running out into the parking lot after me because she LEFT A NEEDLE IN MY HEAD. Awful service. Don't recommend.

If you are seeing this doctor it could be because an insurance company sent you to him. I am not…read moreaware of anyone that recommends him for care. There are multiple FRAUD WARNING signs prominently displayed in his waiting room. Is this a priority for this doctor? At the time of my visit there was not any documented evidence of meritous service, community involvement, exceptional charity or good guy awards. He appear to be pre-occupied with the topic of FRAUD. The 2 times that I visited his office the bathroom was out of service. Draw your own conclusions on that one but in my humble opinion if a doctors office has a bathroom that is out of operation for longer than 24 hours and I had to see him for another appointment then I would inquire about a commitment to patient comfort and sanitary expectations. What does he do if he suddenly had a bowel movement? Maybe he was having a bad day but I found this guy to be rude, abrupt, obtuse, rushed and not very friendly. If all of the fingers on my hand were amputated I would have just enough to count the number of times this guy cracked a smile or said something cordial. If I was ever scheduled to see this person again I would inquire if insurance work is all that he does and if so then request another doctor by the insurance company. There are many doctors that do insurance work and are personable among other attributes.
