i went to ace to get a copy of a key made for my truck. the lady that "helped me" was very rude…read more telling me that she didn't want to make me a key without a chip because if i used it in my ignition it would brick my truck. this is somthing that i already understood. i explained to her that i did not plan to use it in the ignition but rather the door, in case i lock my key inside. after a long explanation of why she didnt want to make me a key she called me a dumb entitled kid. i left without a new key. i think she was a manager. she was an old grumpy lady with glasses. based on other reviews i would assume her name is Christina.

Shame came back with the little chick and asked my if I would like to take her home for free as she needed special care and was likely to die if not cared for all day long. At first I declined but I couldn't leave the baby behind. I felt like I was there to help her. I brought the baby home. Almost a month later.. she's still alive and thriving. Her name is nugget and I love her so much. It was very sweet and caring of her to give me the baby chick as she knew I had more time to care for this little life. Besides, who keeps a receipt from years ago, for a set of Allen head sockets. I grew up in Howard city, and I remember when Manson's was downtown and they were a great place to go before they moved into the old Olsen knife building where they are now. I would drive 100 miles to buy something somewhere else to avoid going to this place I would never ever buy another thing from them. Avoid them at all cost.
