The only reason this is a 1 star review is because of their "customer service" employee Patricia. encountering her two days in a row and i don't think a more rude person has ever worked customer service. She is highly unwilling to help and is irritated by small questions such as a price check. Otherwise the store is clean and has great products! Do better Patricia. read more

It's been a long time, but I definitely plan to head back to bed bath & beyond. So many times this place just felt so inviting and interesting to walk into. There's so much more in a store like this, I guess that is the "beyond". I hope this place survives the covid scare, we need more stores like this in our community. read more

This is a very good example of a BB&B store. The layout is nearly identical to every other such store, but it tends to be better maintained and is typically well-stocked. The service folks are reasonably friendly and I've not had any trouble with the check-out process. We recently shopped here for a gift on our friend's wedding registry and it was an essentially painless process (!) They will typically have sales on various goods in the store which can be added onto the weekly 10-30% off coupons. I find this to be an especially good place to shop for small kitchen appliances and gadgets in addition to the usual household items and personal care stuff. Also, the return policy is relatively hassle-free. If you must go shopping for household items, this one will have a better selection than places like Target, etc. read more

I think I was accused of stealing a vacuum I was trying to exchange without my receipt. I asked if they could look up the receipt by using the credit card I used to buy it with and they said yes. When she looked for the model in a book my model was not there. She and another employee whispered. She then said she couldn't help me and i would have to call the company who made my vacuum for the part that broke. When I purchased the vacuum it was a discontinued model and on sale. But she never asked me anymore questions. I hate being treated like a criminal. Won't be back spending my hard earned money in this store. read more

I went back to this BB&B and their interior remodeling is now finished. They've added a personal care, health & beauty section very similar to a drugstore in the southeast corner of the store. I was immediately assisted by a manager upon entering. Better shopping experience overall. read more

I can't talk bad about his place....I actually used to work here and was employee of he month in my short stint here. The one thing I learned that I still use today?.....how to properly fold towels. :-) Anywho...great store. As with any BB&B it is quite overwhelming when you walk in. To get a really good view of what they have to offer you really need to stay a bit. So grab a coffee, and browse a way, you are sure to find a gem in forrest. read more

This store is great!! It's not super attractive from the outside, but the inside looks just like every other version of the store. I did all of my wedding registering here and they were super helpful and informative. Yes, the process takes forever, but it's well worth it. I came back with some complicated returns and exchanges and everyone I was working with was super helpful and seemed happy to work with me. They made sure I was well-attended to, got the free gift with purchase I was supposed to receive, and felt like a valued customer. When I apologized for the difficulty of my transaction, the woman who I assume was the manager on duty told me that I am actually very important to them. So I got a confidence boost as a customer and was helped in every way I needed to be. read more

My fiance and I attended this store's wedding registry (extravaganza) event and were able to find all the products on our wish list in a reasonable amount of time, which was about an hour. The store is definitely fun to browse in, especially when you aren't in a rush. We were rather overwhelmed with the amount of household items this store carries, but we were able to make our decisions fairly quick with the help of an employee. The prices were competitive with other companies, even Meijer and Kohl's. We especially are looking forward to the lifetime warranties for our pans and kitchen utensils. Best hours are usually later in the evening or on a weekday so that you aren't standing in lines at the checkout. The reason I'm docking a star is because we would rather have been left alone to browse the shelves rather than have an employee accompany us for the registry process. We didn't ask if that would be allowed (maybe it would have!), but we just felt a little awkward trying to select the most realistic items for our lifestyle while we were being recommended very fancy or impractical items. My last word is that I typically try to make specialty purchases at locally-owned businesses and stores, but that I'm very satisfied with registering for our basics (shower caddy, wine glasses, knives) here! read more

One of my favorite Bed Bath & Beyonds. It's always well staffed, lines usually pretty short, good selection with good sales. Staff is super friendly and helpful, some even a bit aggressively so. Love at they accept all paper coupons, even if they're expired and they even apply to clearance items. read more

Best BB &B I've ever been too! Every employee kindly said hello and asked how they could help me. They had a fabulous sale on beauty stuff---all clearance an additional 50%off. Spent $20 for a bag full. Even the customers were so nice and friendly. Clean and organized store. I will visit again when in town for sure. read more

I have always loved this store/location...Staff is friendly and helpful, especially when I make a call to the store. Sometimes if customer service can't put a "name" to a "face", you can wind up with a less than enthusiastic representative, but even via phone calls they are always nice friendly and respectful. And believe me I've had my share of horrible customer service both on the phone and in person. And don't even get me started on the coupons...who does that!
