I have to say I've done a lot of research on many different detox products and companies. I wanted to know if spartan was the best around, and honestly after having gone through the process, they were absolutely amazing. I love how you'll receive motivational videos throughout the days to help complete your detox. I don't think other places even really care whether you drink them or not. The drinks were like smoothies infused w juice as well which made me a bit more full than expected. I also did the recommended tea mornings which helped fuel my mornings and not feel sluggish. I'm also a huge water drinker so following those guidelines was easy too. I highly would recommend trying this out if you're trying to get a jump start in losing weight or just feeling better from within yourself period ! Now to discuss drop off, it was pretty simple. They will basically pass by anytime from 7pm-12am and most of the time they came before 8pm, but it probably varies by location seeing as I'm nearby them. Terrible experience with the owner, Raul, and this product DOES NOT work. He CURSED, YELLED, SCREAMED and treated me horribly. No business owner should ever speak to any customer like that. If you go to the Spartan Detox IG page, it says 'lose up to 25 pounds in 3 days.' After my 3 days of zero success (ended up gaining weight & feeling even more bloated), I called Raul about this and he said: 'THE DETOX IS NOT MEANT FOR WEIGHT LOSS, IT IS ONLY AN ADDED BONUS IF YOU LOSE WEIGHT.' Then said: 'DID YOU REALLY THINK YOU COULD LOSE 25 POUNDS IN 3 DAYS?' So why advertise this on IG and on his website? While I began explaining to him that the product was not successful (even texted him before and after photos), he got extremely defensive, yelling at me, saying (in his exact words) 'DO I LOOK LIKE THE DETOX GURU OR EXPERT?!' I told him his IG page and website make it sound like he is. And his response: 'IT'S CALLED MARKETING.' I wasn't looking to get into a back and forth argument and told him I simply wanted a refund. He literally said me: 'YOU ARE A CRAZY PERSON TO WANT A REFUND.' Long story short, after he kept arguing & yelling at me, he proceeded to say 'F*** THIS' & hung up. During my day 2 & 3 of 'detoxing', I texted Raul informing him that I wasn't losing any weight (actually gained 1/2 a pound) & feeling even more bloated than before. His response was 'I HAVE NO CLUE - I WISH I DID BUT I DONT.' He claims to be 'the best company in Miami' yet can't answer when there product isn't working. I certainly didn't expect to lose 25 pounds, but I was hoping to have at least some weight loss and 'look & feel great', as they like to 'market' themselves. Never in my life has a business owner or a 'MAN' ever spoken to me in that manner. The entire experience was SO horrible & unprofessional. Besides there poorly written instructions, texts, & 'inspirational words' - with so many misspelling & grammatical errors - the owners inability to take accountability is just plain sad. I was honestly so shaken after our call. As a business owner myself, I have never spoken to or treated a customer the way he treated me. So if you chose to do this detox, you better love it and NOT give any complaints, because you will hear the wrath of Raul. I was looking for something to kickstart my better eating habits and I knew that I needed to flush out everything else I had in my system. My brother in law did this a while back and he had great results, so I jumped in for a 3 day detox. It wasn't easy, not all juices are great tasting cause some of the ingredients are things I wouldn't normally eat, but these are things my body was lacking and since they were mixed with other tasty fruits and veggies that made it better. I have lost 6lbs in two days, finishing my last day. I can honestly say that I do not feel hungry, you have NO time to when you have to chug so many smoothies in a day! (Plus the water) I feel alert, sharper and more energized. I'm not about to run a marathon, but... maaaaybe. Tried a Detox for the first time in my life and boy was I glad it was a Spartan Detox. For starters the smoothies are delivered fresh each day. So I did this for 5 days because I wanted to jump-start a new diet and I was hoping to motivate myself with some weight loss. That didn't happen, I didn't lose any weight at all. I was kind of discouraged but I plowed forward with my plan. Here's what did happen. I have tried to do low carb high protein diets forever. Its always been really difficult for me because I get headaches and dizziness that everyone would tell me would go away but weeks would go by and it was constant, so I would give up. This time was different. I started Keto the day after I did my cleanse, my stomach was a bit sensitive at first but I took some papaya supplements and it calmed my stomach down. I have been on keto for a week and this time there was no headaches, no dizziness, no weakness, and no hunger. I strongly believe it is because I did this cleanse before I started keto. As for the cleanse itself. It was sometimes really hard to drink all the juices because they were really thick, so it's not like I could chug them. I had to take it slow, but on the cleanse I never felt hungry, I never felt weak, and I had a ton of energy. Like get up at 6:30 am and go for a jog kind of energy. The only time it was hard, was when I was around food, not because I was hungry, just cause I missed food. Every morning we were supposed to drink green tea with a full lemon and even after the cleanse ended I kept drinking my green tea with lemon. Ultimately, I'm glad I did the cleanse. I've tried several other juice cleanses/detoxes and usually by day 1 1/2 I quit. But I felt great and was ready to keep on going!! I thought this would be a lot harder then it was. I actually went out on night 2. I watched my friend eat cheese fries and then watched everyone around me getting shit faced while I drank my water and danced all night. Did the Spartan Detox as a lot of my friends were doing it. This isn't a regular juice cleanse, the juices include the extra shredding from the juicer and are thick so it's more of a smoothie cleanse. It was hard for me to take down ALL of the drinks in a single day, you drink 6 a day and a hot water with lime in the morning. I would only make it through the day with the hot water and lime and about 4-5 of the drinks. I am a small 5'2 120 lbs girl so I think the juices were too much for me to drink I purchased the 3 day cleanse and I have enough juice for a 4th day. I felt extremely bloated and I didn't feel lighter. I think I personally like the regular juice packages that are straight juice more than the smoothie type of drinks. Overall I was able to lose 6lbs during my detox. The juices were pretty decent tasting and directions were easy to follow. I am giving this review 3 stars for 2 reasons. My first reason is that I followed the pamphlet and text Raul to say that I received my box and told him my start date as I am suppose to receive daily encouragement throughout the detox according to the directions provided. He replied back to me and never heard from him again. Luckily I am a very determined person and didn't need the daily encouragement to finish what I set my mind to but I can see how it would be hard for someone struggling to complete the detox without providing the encouragement promised by the company. The second reason I am only giving it three stars is that a lot of the juices were repetitive and there were days that I had to drink more than one of the same juice which can make it difficult to finish and then the next day I would receive completely different juices which made it easier to finish. At times the bottles were mislabeled and you didn't know what you were drinking until you tasted it. The company should be more consistent. I did the 3 day juice detox. This was not my first juice cleanse, but my first with spartan. I found it very hard. Simply not enough calories for me. 6 small juices, (one of which is literally just water with lime or cucumber). I felt that should have been an actual juice. And on the 3rd day my juices were mis labeled, I had 2 that were supposed to be #6 and no #4. I have maybe done 10 juice cleanse in my life, this was definitely the hardest. So I placed my order last Friday, I basically am a local that lives in Broward. Spartan Detox is in Miami Dade -County which is not very far from each other. I have use the company before and it was wonderful I picked up My First day of my detox myself and the rest were delivered, but this time around it has been an issue with delivery which I was told would've been at my home by Tuesday to begin Wednesday Morning, well it's Tuesday evening no packages and ups has said they have yet to receive the order. I think using UPS for Locals is a mistake and maybe having Customers use a calendar to choose a start date should be adjusted, because I honestly expected to begin at the latest Wednesday and be done by Sunday with my 5 day detox.There seems to be some things that need to be fixed back when spartan began it was amazing, I mean the product still is but other services like customer care and delivery need to be adjusted a bit. Not only am I looking bad for recommending this awesome product to someone and them not showing up on time ,but they sure aren't looking too great for any one I recommend locally to do this detox.Also a little 20% off offers or anything near it won't be enough to change my mind on the CST care quality, product is 5/5, Cst care 2/5 and delivered on time 2/5. My friends know that I am a gym junkie but for the most part I do this for the ability to eat and drink guilt-free. I have learned that this is not a good recipe for the body. I'm a spartan detox 3 time detoxer.., i started a detox back in August 2016, it was 3 days like Raul said. And all he speaks off on the website is 100% true when it comes to the detox and getting your body cleaned from the inside/out. It's amazing how I felt during the detox and most importantly after.. I'm a coffee drinker ( my American coffee is a must) so for 3 days I did get some headaches but thankfully the detox comes with a green tea (tea) to help you cope with caffeine deprivation,. I will say the smoothies are darn good. You can actually taste each veggie, it's like a awakening for your palette. Another big plus is Raul and his wife are constantly texting to ensure you are 100% with this for all 3 days: so the support they give is excellent, it's not easy to juice for 3 days, but you will feel better and your body willl thank you for it.
