Nutrition MIA is rather small place but packed with lots of smoothie, herbal tea, protein waffles, and acai bowls. It's a family business, which I admire and fully support. They do seem to use Herbalife products, which is not advertised and I am not particularly a fan of. But nonetheless, what we ordered was delicious. We ordered two smoothies and three teas. My passion chai tea had aloe (mandarin flavor) and I know that herbal life products has flavored aloes. Go check them out.

I haven't tried their baked goods, but I hear they are great. This is a tiny little spot.. at the entry of a gym. I would have never stumbled upon it, but am so glad to have found out about it. The couple people I've told that have gone to try it are immediately obsessed as well. The owners and smoothie makers are lovely and helpful in selections as well. Whether you like a fruit smoothie, milkshakes or dessert, I highly recommend you try this spot and let them help guide you through the menu. When I arrived, there were no visible signs, and I would have never found the establishment without calling the phone number and being directed to the second floor of an office building. The setup was also unusual. When you enter, you actually walk in behind the serving bar where the employees are preparing the shakes, which felt awkward and not like a typical clean, customer-facing setup. I ordered protein shakes for my son and myself. The shakes were good, but I was very surprised when the bill came out to $34 -- essentially $17 per shake. For a protein smoothie, that price felt extremely high and not justified by the overall experience. While the shakes themselves were decent, the difficult-to-find location, unusual layout, and high prices make this a place I would not return to or recommend.
