I think I would rather pay on the back end because most of my cash is in IRA accounts. So just depends on what you can afford....For me this was WAY out of my of my budget, when other firm are quoting me 2-3k. This is a premium level law firm, with a family feel. I think they need to add some upfront information so that people who need to screen them out can do so. I think they need to work on developing a referral list. It was not just their time that was invested in my research.

Perry, as our closing attorney, was responsible for ensuring the legitimacy of the transaction, yet he failed to do his due diligence. While title insurance covered the cost of the land, we lost a significant amount of money on the construction. Rather than owning up to his mistakes, Perry refused to take any responsibility. His negligence cost us dearly, and his lack of accountability only made matters worse. We would never trust this firm again.
