(Mind you this is what I had requested) they took photos, and said they would consult the dermatologist and get back to me. 1 week later still no follow up. 2 calls later I was assured I would get a call back. Nobody called so I called and left messages, no return call. A week later I tried calling again and was tokd that I would recieve a follow up call. Nothing. I called before closing time and was told that the Dr had 48 clients just that day. Still no call. They informed me that my original dr Sanchez had referred me to the dermatologist Dr Del la Fuente. Although they had told me that I couldn't have the laser they took extensive photos and said that dr Del la Fuente would call to discuss the laser procedure (that they had said i shouldn't have) bottom line... these people left me with a horribly executed botox. (They didnt apply what they charged for leaving a lopsided face) they also are too busy to care or even return calls. If you are an American trying to schedule here, don't waste your time. They are unprofessional, incompetent and will most likely create more harm than good. You can find qualified caretakers in the states for comparable prices for better results.

I came upon this place by recommendation from a previous employee of theirs who said they offered medical passes. The medical pass was a huge factor in choosing a location for lazer hair removal. However, Paty, the person in charge, was inconsistent in how she distributed the medical passes. Sometimes, she said they were out, the last time I went there, she was trying to charge me an additional $50 American dollars to receive the pass. I asked her if that was a new rule and she stated no. No explanation why all of a sudden she was charging me for a pass. Also, the prices aren't posted. Paty is also inconsistent with what she charges. The picture I'm sharing is off the last time I got lazer treatment. With so many skin clinics in the area, this one is by far too expensive in comparison and they're not exactly luxurious.
