I got a deep tissue and pedicure and I have to say it was a most amazing massage experience. Started off with aromatherapy, and a very relaxing and skillful deep tissue massage. I was ushered into a resting area and given snacks and a glass of champagne. I was able to do a quick shower after to wash my hair. Highly recommend! Even though there was a language barrier between us, they did their best to deliver high quality service to ensure I still had a great massage. They offer a list of packages and hand you a form to fill for your selection of services and where you want to get massaged. There were so many options from manicures or relaxing in the jacuzzi. My friends and I chose a package which included the sauna room at the end. I expressed that I wanted a light level of massaging and they delivered! I was falling asleep multiple times.. After your massage, they hand you some fruit and cookies to snack on as well as a beverage of wine, tea, or water. Came across Zense when I was looking for a last minute facial. They were able to get me an appointment same day. Place itself is nice and looks well kept. I was greeted upon arrival and the check in process was pretty quick. The staff member who did my facial was very kind and informative on everything she was doing. Once the facial was done, she had a fresh cup of water and a small plate with snacks waiting for me, I thought this was such a great touch! Prices are fair. I'm definitely considering going back to try other services when in Tijuana again. The parking situation is a bit tight considering it's behind the building which has a few different business. They do have about 3-4 spots reserved just for Zense guests so that's helpful. It is on a busy street so street parking is very limited. read more

Came here for a facial for my husband and I. My facial was ok, but my husbands facial was not. The lady that helped him was very aggressive, even when he complained that she was hurting him while doing extractions she kept on going and said it was normal- didn't even try to be more cautious. Checked this place out for the first time last week and I was surprised. The masseuse Milleni was really good, one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever got. As for the mani and pedi Maria was very kind and professional. They offer you drinks included so I chose white wine! This is an absolutely wonderful day spa right in the heart of Tijuana close enough to most things that you can walk or take a quick Uber or cab. Every one of the staff members are welcoming and delightful. Their English is great and my Spanish issssss pretty bad but they were super understanding!. Everything at this beautiful little spot in Tijuana is absolutely amazing. They have lockers, changing areas, showers and every amenity you might need!! From my arrival to the moment I left I was waited on hand and foot. They offered me a refreshments as well as the use of eucalyptus steam room and sauna as well as a first rate massage. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and especially recommend using the steam room as it is truly healing. I know they offer other services such as manicures etc. however the location is beautifully decorated and extremely elegant. I felt like a princess and I can't wait to come back. read more

First time at this spa, it's very easy to get to once you cross from San Diego. My boyfriend and I booked the couples massage for valentines today. It was amazing!! Paty and Sofía did an excellent massage for us. My Spanish is very bad, but their English is so good we could communicate well. EVERYTHING WAS SO CLEAN! After every use of the massage rooms, facial rooms, changing rooms, everything is sanitized quickly. We also booked an hour long purifying facial, everything was great! We left glowing. Don't do reviews, but I had to share my experience. First time in Mexico and I wanted to try this spa. Went and got the couples massage and facial package. 120 each and also the facial sucked!! Literally didn't do anything and spent 20 mins on my face and massage was literally just applying oil... umm totally not worth the $240, I was really disappointed because I was trying to get a good spa day! No steam bath or sauna was offered total waste of money. My facial was very basic and massage was basic also all they did was steam my face and not much cleansing and nothing was applied and trust me when I tell you body massage was literally bunch of oil....!!! read more

My friend and I went to TJ to buy some stuff and since we were there we wanted to take advantage of a spa day. We called and had the appointment for both of us in 20 mins. I loved the place as we walked in. The two ladies were already waiting for us and called us by name. We were given sandals and a robe foe our massage and gave us a locker for our stuff and I kept the key. After the massage they offered us hot tea, wine, lemonade or water. After we drank our tea we went to the sauna for 15 mins, after that we went to a steam room and we drank lemonade. After the steam room we went to sit in a very nice area alone where they have oil scented aroma and we drank more tea, cookies and nuts. We were given time to relax before leaving. It was amazing we are for sure going back. The place is super clean and the staff is friendly. read more

Our facial lasted for approx an hr, I took the microdermabrasion and asked for a detan as well. My husband took the men's facial. We were helped by Michel and Jennise.
