I've rented a mic, speaker, speaker stand and aux cord from them in the past. For a full day this has cost me around $55-$60 each time. Their customer service is top notch! I mean that. Each time I've gotten off the phone with them or left their office, I am in awe of how kind and helpful their employees are. They always have a smile on their face, a positive tone in their voice, and an answer to my questions. While the products/services they offer are great, the real thing that makes me want to return and give them my business over and over again is their customer service. When I received the call that they were pulling up, I went outside to wave them in to the spot that was available, however they had already parked down the street. I would have showed them where they could park. When the delivery guys came up to the house I told them where they could pull in, plenty of room, however they said no, they would stay where they were. I find it hard to believe that traffic and parking down the street caused a 2 hour delay. Once the delivery guys arrived, they had everything set up quickly , even with parking down the street and hauling their equipment, which again, they didn't need to. We reserved the 14' water slide. When the delivery arrived the slide had a large rip in it. They…read morehad to go get some string and needles to sew it up. We paid $181 for all day. The slide was extremely used and tattered. Straps were frayed and rust stains in the slide area. It was embarrassing for my guests to see this. The only reason we didn't send it back is that my kids were excited about a water slide. it didnt come with any hoses or spraying devices. I had to hang my hose from the top to drip down the slide area. This was advertised as a water slide. I will not be using this service again. The only thing good was the delivery staff was very friendly and fast.
