To qualify for the phone consultation, you have to fill out a five-page online questionnaire. 2. The questionnaire is extremely personal, asking detailed questions about your personality, psychiatric history, and alcohol/drug use. 3. Your answers to these questions allow for little to no nuance. 4. This is all before speaking to an actual human. For whatever reason, my answers to the questionnaire disqualified me from the phone consultation. But I wasn't given any explanation as to how they'd arrived at that decision. Maybe the therapists behind the digital gate are great and professional, but I wouldn't recommend anyone go through this process to try to gain access to them.
