Adding my 5-star review. Confident Driving School is for all ages and level of driving skills. Being a well seasoned driver I reluctantly bought a bigger 2025 model vehicle for safety reasons. Jeddy answered the call. He understood exactly what I needed without me going into detail. Jeddy covered everything on my list. I'm much more confident parallel parking my rather large vehicle. Jeddy is an excellent instructor. For a variety of reasons, I only decided to learn how to drive at the age of 30. I'm also terrified of accidents. Jeddy is patient and extremely careful. Early on, it gave me a lot of comfort knowing that he won't let me mess up and by my 6th lesson, I felt very comfortable. I was looking to learn how to drive in SF when I got in touch with Jeddy. He was very helpful and recommended me one of their instructors to schedule my classes with him. The instructor was very patient and straightforward, answering many of my questions. We drove casually on the first lesson for him to assess my skills and then he trailered the classes for me to practice. He taught me a lot of things to look out for when driving on the road and offered very detailed explanations. I was never worried about driving their cars as there were gas and break paddles on the instructors side of the car. I felt very safe. We did many different routes around San Francisco and practiced a lot of turns and merging. After 5 classes, In December, we went to the DMV and I was able to pass on my first drive. I think "Confident" is the perfect name for this. I was a bit of an old dog trying to learn how to drive for the first time. Jeddy's teaching style was excellent, he quizzed me frequently as we went along (in a no pressure way) to firmly imprint the things he taught me in my head, and helped me to understand my mistakes. He took me along slow beginner streets until I was confident enough to move ti more trafficked areas. The day before my exam he took me through the route of the exam taking laps for over an hour to ensure I would pass. Jeddy is a friendly guy who made me feel relaxed and comfortable in what could have been a very anxious situation.
