The driver was polite and thorough After seeing how much he had to dig to find the tank opening, I asked about what I could do to make it more easily accessible, and he suggested an extension to the ground level, and I had him do that to make it more obvious where the tank entrance was... even though he wasn't prepared to do that when he came he said no problem. I'll go get the material and I'll come back which he did. I didn't know how many gallons my tank was so they looked up the records with Townhall so they know the capacity... again real simple I don't see the need to work with anyone else in the future
