Ours was a challenging job - the house had renovations and my parents weren't sure of the location of the pump. 10:30 pm in a Friday our septic decided to act up with renters coming in for 3 weeks the following day. I called Josh who answered his phone! He explained their emergency fee and said if I couldn't find anyone else to call in the am. Because our family was leaving for the summer and I needed it fixed for renters that day I called back in the am. As promised he had Kevin there by mid day. I had an emergency of fixtures backing up on a Saturday night. I starting searching for an emergency septic business. I liked the fact that Josh's website allowed you to book an appointment. We called him first thing on a Sunday morning to confirm this information. He answered his phone immediately and several times thereafter as we kept thinking of questions. He was away, but scheduled his associate Jimmy who came directly. Jimmy was a seasoned, knowledgeable guy. Very, very nice and helpful with great advice. He corrected our problem which was a relief. We noticed that we had a major problem at 8:30pm. Josh answered our call and agreed to come out even though we didn't know where our septic tank was located in our dark yard. He helped us find it, and discovered our septic system was working which meant we had a clogged pipe. He tried multiple times to water flush it but it was too clogged. At 10:30pm, he called his roto colleague who agreed to come the next morning to help us. Sure enough, his coworker arrived at 9am and fixed the issue! Josh and Kevin were able to salvage a 70+ year old water system and hopefully get it to last through the summer at a seasonal Cottage. I was unable to be on-site but repairs were done in a timely, professional manner. I was fortunate that were able to fit my repair in during this busy season on the Cape.
