Often times they are jot even behind the counter when i come in. I definitely do not stop in the morning before work or i would surely be late. There is a liquor stor attached to the building and the service is the same way.

This is definitely located in a remote and off the beaten path section of South Carolina - Gas prices were extremely fair. One being an African American woman who was loading straws into their container while I was getting coffee. I didn't see any stir sticks out, so I kindly asked her "Can I just grab a straw real quick?". She took a deep breath in, rolled her eyes and turned her head to opposite side of where I was standing, didn't say a word and wouldn't even look at me. I thought "uh, ok?" and just grabbed a straw to stir my coffee. I then proceeded to check out area, where I stood for several mins as she continued doing what she was doing. She finally came up to check me out. I had two coffees, she scanned and then mumbled something under her breath. I didn't hear what she said and I thought maybe she asked for my phone number for points, so I asked "my phone number, is that what you asked?". She VERY RUDELY again rolled her eyes, cocked her neck from side to side and said "No I didn't" as she continued to roll her eyes. Yet she didn't repeat what she said. I just put my card in to pay and got out of there. She was EXTREMELY RUDE for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I highly recommend this place put her through more customer service training because she so badly needs it! They'll know exactly who it was if they pull record of early morning 3/22/26. I didn't get her name because I grabbed my coffee's and got out of there. There is ZERO excuse for her behavior. Will NOT be returning to this gas station for anything else!

Terrible experience I went in to have 3 tpms sensors…read morereplaced with my sensors An oil and filter change (8 quarts) with my oil and filter I supplied (2 5 quart jugs) And a tire rotation So first problem they dismounted tires to replace sensors and didn't re balance tires afterwards. Second problem they put 10 quarts of oil in my engine Severely over filling it and wasting two $20 (each) quarts of oil. Next they pull my truck out I go to pay and see one of the three tpms sensors I gave him on the counter so I asked if they replaced all three and salesman Robert tried to convince me I gave him 4 sensors and they replaced all 3 but unfortunately they couldn't activate them do to them using an autel tpms tool (all lies) I went outside and asked the tech and he said he only replaced 2 sensors and this is when I realized the tires weren't rotated either so literally everything I requested and paid for was either done incorrectly or just not done at all and then to be lied to on top of everything else by the "salesman Robert" I was less than happy. Luckily another tech Brandon stepped in and took care of everything the way it should have been done to start with, he installed the 3rd TPMs sensor rotated the tires and and activated the TPMs sensors he was polite and helpful and the only good thing about this place. Also while waiting inside I overheard Robert quote a woman $650 to replace rear brake pads on her car because the pads were getting close to needing replaced lol (highway robbery) This guy Robert is a joke and needs to go back wherever he came from I assume used car sales or calling people about a warranty that's expiring soon.

I was simply going to say "If you need anything related to tires, GO HERE" but figured I should…read moreelaborate. It's not difficult to find, but the 12th Street/ Charleston highway/ Augusta road area requires some attention. Be aware of one way streets when you are leaving as well. Again, just pay attention and you won't have a problem. There is limited parking in front of the office, but they have a large area along the street. Their work area is a large covered carport. There were several customers already in the waiting area. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door even though the manager was on the phone. I have always appreciated acknowledgement of my physical presence over a phone conversation. When he finished with the call, he immediately asked what I needed. My vehicle was pulled into a bay within 5 minutes of my walking in. It took about 40 minutes until the work was completed. While there, on the order of 10 customers walked in. Several were obviously regulars known by name. A couple did get out before me, but their work was very simple. I did not feel I was being pushed aside in favor of others. Once my work was completed, I was given my keys and was able to quickly complete the transaction. No waiting for someone at the counter. I was also given information on overall condition of my tires and what to watch for. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need, and did not give me any dire warnings if I didn't buy something else. This is what local shops (or any store for that matter) should strive to be. A place giving straight information and making sure their customers are treated right.
