We also ended up getting a structural test for a great bundle price. Upon arrival there was team of two who tackled the home and completed the mold and structural test under an hour. They were extremely detailed when explaining the issues that did arise when they were done with the inspection on site and within a few hours of them leaving, I received the two full written reports with detailed explanations and local contractor recommendations for the issues that the did find in the attic. At the end of the home inspection, we went over the report on the phone with the owner of this company. He assured us that "it was a great home", "he would buy it himself ", And that there were no conditions that would meet the $1500 limit that would require negotiation. Flash forward to the day we move in. My wife opened a casement window, and the window almost fell out of the sash. Upon further investigation all four bay windows need to be replaced due to rot. Please see pictures attached. It is clear that he never even opened the windows.This was after he noted in the report that there is evidence of water intrusion. Of course, he didn't say it was serious. In fact he said there was nothing wrong with the house. In his report he did note that it should be inspected by a qualified professional. However, I've been a real estate professional for 18 years and have dealt with hundreds of home inspections. They all have multiple notations of that kind of language, to protect their ass. The reputable ones certainly mention any concerns they have in the follow up to the report. I called the owner of the company and he came out of the house. All he was interested in was blaming it on me, for not opening the windows during the walk-through. He also tried to blame the realtor for not doing it during the initial home inspection. He also audio taped the conversation without my knowledge or consent. Not that I give a crap about what I said during that conversation. I finally threw him off of my property. Real estate professional; do not recommend this vendor to your clients. He does a crappy job, does not take responsibility and will blame you if anything goes wrong. Future homeowners; do not use this vendor. He does shotty work and will hide behind the legalese in his report. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Long story short, all four bay windows need to be replaced. It will cost $22,000. I will be investigating my legal options against this company.

He forgot everything we've discussed (even though I sent him a txt two days before) and backs up the dumpster into a ditch. The crew doesn't speak a word of English; Nick doesn't speak any Spanish, it's going great. Once the crew starts working, Nick bounces and doesn't come back till pretty much end of the day. When he comes back, he shows up with a BUDDY of his! What is this a hang out of some sorts?! Both of them are high as kites!! The buddy keeps babbling nonstop, Nick is sweating buckets (while it's now a cool evening). He kept lifting up his shirt, using the bottom of it to wipe off his sweaty forehead - I do not need to see this! Now, it's pitch black outside and the crew is still working because Nick is such a mess of a "project manager". They're using THEIR PHONES flashlights to finish the job. This is a joke. We had them replace skylights while doing the roof as well and Nick brought wrong handles so we couldn't open them for months (we have an A-frame so the skylights are actually our main windows). I kept calling Nick about the handles and he kept telling me they're on back order. I did some digging and figured out who their supplier is, called them myself - nothing is on back order! He, similarly kept making excuses for the blinds that were supposed to come with the skylights. Have yet to receive those. About a month after the job was complete, I had a leak at my chimney. Got a hold of the owner, it got fixed. Now, almost two years later, some of the shingles are starting to fall apart! No, definitely would not recommend these guys.
