We also ended up getting a structural test for a great bundle price. Upon arrival there was team of two who tackled the home and completed the mold and structural test under an hour. They were extremely detailed when explaining the issues that did arise when they were done with the inspection on site and within a few hours of them leaving, I received the two full written reports with detailed explanations and local contractor recommendations for the issues that the did find in the attic. They also offer a follow up service for a check in inspection once you have the work completed in the home. I highly recommend this team! They were fast efficient and affordable.

I got a confirmation email that stated they would be in touch. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately. After hearing nothing for over a week, I emailed them asking about the status of my order. They said they would check on it. By June 2nd I had still not heard back, so I emailed again demanding a tracking number. They responded by asking me to call them. Kelly indicated that he may not be able to get the filters, and that he thought the web page I ordered from had been removed. I received an email on June 10th, stating I was getting a refund in 3-5 days. I finally had to call back on June 19, as I had not received a refund. Kelly then cussed as me, and blamed me for ordering from a web page that wasn't supposed to me there, then hung up on me. There's a reason this is a mom and pop shop, and based on my experience they won't be in business long.

This company does work without your consent, and will charge you!…read more I am disappointed to leave this pool company after 2 years because they went ahead, and did work outside of my agreed upon contract of a pool opening. At no point in time did they contact me to do "additional work". Therefore, be very careful. They replaced a piece that did not need to be replaced on top of my filter, tossed to the side. Not once letting us know. Not once hearing from us to agree on them touching anything outside of an opening. What's more disturbing is now the piece that was replaced I am not sure can go back. Thus, forcing me to now shut off my pool filter and now not using my pool until this company resolves this blatant issue of unauthorized work and possible damage to what they replaced as irreplaceable now. Make sure you find a pool company that values their customers consent on all work done on your property. Especially because I was not even home for this lack of consumer respect. I would ALSO like to point out that the items replaced were there last year and the year before that. and NO ONE DID OUTSIDE REPAIRS UNTIL NOW. Come out and say it's now the motherboard. Replaced that, it glitched, came on and back off. Now saying it's the control panel but it's one that may not be able to find to replace, since tub is an older model. And may need a new hot tub. Will go elsewhere if that's the case. Also ordered a new liner over a month ago for pool. Said it would be installed before the 4th of July. Got a call last week stating it's now being done July 6st. Well it's the 6st and still not being done e. They charge a $299 show up fee when they come out, even if they can't fix the problem. Better off going elsewhere and save you the headache and money!!

The large crew arrived dressed in company uniforms and brought lots of safety equipment. They did a fantastic job! In one day, they ripped off the old shingles, replaced all the old plywood, and installed a beautiful new roof. They also did a great job cleaning up around the house. They were quick to respond a fix a portion that needed a little more care. They inspected one year later and called several times to make sure there were no issues. Everyone who works there is very friendly and customer service is in their culture.
