I had flooring installed by Specialist n Flooring in Corona about 4-5 years ago and have been experiencing serious issues with the flooring lifting at the edges since last late 2025. Since the flooring came with a lifetime warranty, I contacted the company for support. I have reached out multiple times since October/November 2025 and have been repeatedly told by the owner, Rahul, that a warranty claim was submitted with the flooring manufacturer. However, there has been no follow-up and no resolution. Each time I contact him, there is a new excuse -- he's sick, he's following up, or he'll get back to me -- but he never does. I personally contacted the flooring manufacturer, Eternity Flooring, and they confirmed that they have responded to Specialist n Flooring. Despite this, Specialist in Flooring has failed to communicate with me or take any action. I spent over $15,000 on flooring throughout my home and have received some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. At this point, I'm not even asking for anything unreasonable -- just basic communication and honoring the warranty they advertised. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. Raul is the guy we worked with in putting our laminate flooring in our new home. First off the business is runned by a family which I totally respect. Second Raul was so friendly from the day he came to our home for measurements and a quote. Didn't feel pressured to buy at all. They even gave us samples to keep at home to decide in the future. Fast service! He said it would take 2-3 days the maximum, but it only took one whole day to finish, just in time for the Memorial Day weekend! I had difficulty in deciding which flooring and Raul gave his opinion based on his experience and the floors turned out beautiful! The three guys that provided the service were courteous also! We are doing a kitchen and living room remodel. I met Saul at a home and garden expo. Saul came out and provided an estimate. We got a few others but decided to go with Saul. Why? They were extremely flexible with working around my kitchen demo and install. They were professional and did the job in less time that what they had originally thought. The demo of tile is a messy job but they knocked that job out in a day and left behind no mess. Was it dusty - yes - but that's to be expected when you remove tile. But they cleaned up and left the place dust free. Same with the install. In and out in 2 days. Complete with baseboards. I'd highly recommend them for any flooring job! I love my floors! read more

If your looking for exceptional customer service and someone very knowledgeable then come and see Raul, he absoluetly deserves five stars but working in customer service a long time had me a bit upset about the restocking fee. I mean I could've gone to any local competitors and they wouldnt have charged me the restocking fee. Even buddys across tbe street didnt charge a restocking fee..Because I believe in taking care of your customers is a priority I dont believe we should be charged one. We didnt get the most expensive but not the cheapest of flooring it was from Eternity flooring, rosette colored about $2.98 per sq ft. Nonetheless, it was supposedly commercial use and Raul even took a key to it but when we moved some furniture back (light furniture) it scratched it right up. Luckily my uncle whose a contractor and knowledgeable about most things in life told me to go to home depot and get a pen.. it might help and it did. I wouldnt know what to do if i had to look at the scratched up floors. Maybe work on building a better system with your vendors so it doesnt have to trickle down to the customers? read more

We cannot thank Raul enough for the amazing customer service and pricing he provided us. We were actually referred to this company by a cousin of mine after seeing her floors in her house. Raul came to our house and carefully measured the interior and gave us design tips and advice for our flooring. We ended up just purchasing the materials for our wood laminate floor because my husband and father wanted to tackle installing it themselves. It turned out great because of the quality laminate they sold us. We did purchase our carpet in the bedrooms from them as well and had them install it. Once the purchase was made it was impossible to get anyone to answer a question, listen, or call me back. This company has no customer service or professionalism.. Saul was very insulting and disrespectful telling me things like "are you serious", "oh my god", this is funny" and "this is ridiculous" when an installation cost adjustment was requested when there was a large amount of product left over upon job completion. Just as they did not give me free product or labor, I did not want to give them over $200 for nothing, I will not use this company again or refer them to others.. I have never experienced such an unprofessional company in my life.. The prices are not worth the stress and insult I experienced when dealing with this company!! **UPDATE: So as it turns out the install was not that great after all.. My husband read the product instructions for installing in a bathroom and kitchen, which called for gluing the laminate planks at the connection points.. This was not done.. Hired Raul and his crew to put down tile in our house. At first was pleased with how it turned out. Then 2 days after completion the grout lines started popping or desinigrating. Let them know of the problem and they came over and fixed the few lines...then it started doing the same thing all over....something was wrong. We called again and Raul came over to inspect it. He scraped around 7 tiles and told us there was a problem with the grout it wasn't his problem...ok. so I called the company that sold us the grout. A rep can out and said no problem we will take care of the sitution, but to wait until we did the kitchen so it would all match. Unfortunately our kitchen got put on hold due to unforseen family issues. W hen the time came to do the new floors and fix the old Raul said it wasn't his problem and dismissed the issue...we had a mapei rep come out and test the grout. The results showed that the installers "washed" the grout to much...i spoke to Raul's installer about it and he said that's what they say when they don't want to take responsibility....Ok that's fine. Let's get it fixed. I discussed and agreed with Raul's installer a date of when they could do the installation and they never showed up or returned calls or text....the lack of professionalism is very disappointing considering I was trying to resolve the matter with ease.... read more

We needed quality carpet that was in stock and could be installed within a few days to move in to our new home. Went to the big name stores and their in stock carpet was so thin and cheap looking. My friend referred me to Specialist N Flooring and they were able to offer me a large variety of high quality carpet in stock and installed within three days at much better prices than the big home improvement stores. The install was flawless and we are so thrilled! Raul was great to work with and answered all my questions. They also carry tile, wood and laminate both in stock and special order.
