We purchased a property that I knew I would not be able to move in unless it had new flooring needed new flooring. Ramon and Miguel set a high bar for professionalism from start to finish. I needed about 800 sq ft of hardwood floors installed, and I couldn't be happier with the end results. I recently contracted with Top Notch Flooring to remove old tile and carpet and replace it with luxury vinyl planks. All I can say about their work is WOW!! Ange and Manuel were amazing. Due to the dust that would occur when removing the tile, they took great care by sealing and covering everything with plastic. Ricardo and Angel spent three days tearing out our carpet and installing our new luxury vinyl planking. We've got 4 bedrooms, living area and dining room. Plus, someone in hospice care. Used this company through LL Flooring. Terrible experience. Arrived late and then had to work until after 8pm. They said they had another job the next day. I pointed out concerns about their work and the reply was "we are not perfect"! Now having carpet placed and because they didn't do their job correctly the carpet can't be placed until their poor work is corrected. Not by them, but my husband since due to our schedule the carpet has to go in today. We have no issues with LL Flooring. We have used them twice.
