This response was particularly frustrating because I had a young girl add four times the number of numbing drops and tap my eye about 40 times to get its pressure yet. The actual reading doesn't mean anything? Curious. The same girl also applied twice times the amount of dilation drops and couldn't get a solid picture of my retina. Despite having what they described as significant lattice deterioration, I was told to follow up in a year. So now I'm sitting in the parking lot completely blind, and unable to drive home. What an uncaring experience. I won't be back.

Last minute, my insurance complicated my already approved CT scan. I had to make countless frustrating calls, plus I was going to need to reschedule. My simple already approved CT scan became a nightmare because of insurance. For me, it was very important that I had this scan done today on a Friday and not let this go into next week for other important reasons. However, things were not looking good for me, it was probably going to be rescheduled. Thankfully, Perla really put a lot of effort into making sure I had my scan performed on the same day. I am sure that someone else would of left me with no options but to reschedule after things were sorted out with insurance. Her note even mentioned that patients of the clinic "usually" take her parking spots, which felt like a personal dig over something I had no way of knowing. What really bothered me is this: instead of simply walking into the clinic and speaking to me directly (which she easily could have done), she chose to vent on paper and leave a passive-aggressive note on my car. That's not how professionals handle conflict--it's how children do. But today, a day later!!! we get a USPS NOTICE to SIGN FOR A COLLECTION LETTER FROM RADIOLOGY LTD. So will call Alignment and Radiology Ltd ''AGAIN' and try to get them to communicate!!! Done for now and will update later!!! Okay, just got off the phone with ALIGNMENT, they said they sent an EOB to Radiology Ltd on 1/12/2026. Radiology Ltd asked for the EOB ON 1/11/2026. So it seems like a hand shake was made. Plus alignment said they sent it to all the possible FAX numbers they had for Radiology Ltd, but possibly Radiology Ltd has yet another FAX NUMBER TO FORWARD MY WIFE's coverage to.
