Took my son in for teen acne consultation. We were greeted promptly by the front office staff. Within 5 minutes we were escorted to one of the rooms in back...where we proceeded to wait, and wait. About 15-20 minutes later the doctor rushes in. She apologized for her lateness, but then proceeded to rush us through the appointment, probably in an effort to "catch up". I get it, but I didn't particularly like it. It is especially annoying when they assume we, as patients, have nothing better to do than wait around for their prestigious personal appearance. Then the office staff digitally sent our Rx info to Walmart instead of Walgreen's. Really? Do you know how long the bloody line is at the Green Valley-Walmart in October? At LEAST 8 people deep! Don't get me started on THAT visit and the "consultation" I had to have with the "Pharmacist." Lest someone think I should have made Associated Dermatologists fix the issue, they offered to do so, however, I would have to call Walmart and request the change, then THEY would call the doctor and verify...on a Thursday afternoon at 4:00 (AD is closed on Friday's) Not bloody likely! So, I opted to try the Walmart Pharmacy in an effort to expedite the RX fulfillment, which took a week anyway due to lack of availability. So they get three stars for making ME jump through the hoops and perhaps they can get their scheduling down better so my visit isn't 6 minutes so the next patient can have their 15. I have an appointment myself this week so we'll update or give another review based on my appointment. Hope this helps. read more
