To my surprise, they were available to deliver this gorgeous arrangement within hours! Not long after I placed my order, the employee sent me a picture by text message. The real "proof of delivery" was when my friend let me know that she LOVED the amazing vase of roses :) She also said that the roses smelled lovely and that this really brightened her day. So while I'm unable to physically hug her in person, at least this beautiful rose arrangement was like my virtual hug to her. Thank you so much Blooming Basket, for your expeditious customer service. One complaint I had was my son (6/Autistic) was with me while I was looking around, it seemed that every place I went to look at, the owner was there watching me at my son... she either was "folding" items... or straightening items on shelves. Kinda felt uncomfortable, but then when I went to check out, she acted like she wasn't keeping an eye on us and acted friendly... she didn't follow or watch anyone else in the store.
