Their customer service is absolutely first rate. Jason is knowledgeable and took the time to ensure the job was done correctly, especially since my issue was less common. The job was done quickly and at a very fair price. I can say I'm very happy to have a working dryer again before the stay at home order goes into effect. After examining the dryer he told me it was the heating element and quoted me over $500 to fix. Since that is more than what I paid for the dryer I declined. I later learned that someone I was acquainted with works in appliance repairs and he came to look at it today. 20 minutes later my dryer was working. It was not the heating element as I'd been led to believe. So I paid $109 for an incorrect diagnosis and went for a month with no dryer went it was really a simple fix.
