She came into the opticians with me, and they had no problem with this at all, and worked around her. Really friendly, really helpful. The reception staff are efficient and friendly too. The selection of glasses is fantastic, and they have a lot in their lower-priced range which is stylish and affordable. I usually end up spending a fortune with my regular optician, but didnt have to here. they also dont go in for the hard sell - i had 2 frames in mind, and they recommended the one which suited me best - at a £100 loss to them! I got my specs back within 2 days of ordering them, and got them fitted within minutes of popping in (without an appointment) to grab them. I'll definately go here for my contact-lense appointment too. they are well worth the visit. highly recommend!

It is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The sales people were rude and confrontational, giving me incorrect information on prices while abroad, phone prices, and prices instore compared to those on the web. As soon as I questioned their information, I was shouted down by two sales reps, who seems very unprofessional indeed. The store is clean and flashy looking-certainly in keeping with the image 3 want to portray, but the service and attitudes of staff is outrageous! They are very interested in making a sale, but prefer to bully you into it, rather than give honest friendly advice!
