My car was damaged in their car park because of the centre's very outdated standards. They refused to pay for the damage caused - their excuse: the place was built in 2005 before the current standards were in place. An uncaring, mean, unfair management with no sense of social responsibility to their disabled customers whatsoever. Appalling! Reflects really badly on the owners of the centre. I made a complaint to the UK owners about my treatment there but they haven't even bothered to respond. Beware parking there. Won't be shopping there again.

If you come here around 1&2 though all of the kids getting out of school come there to congregate lol. While there I decided that I may as well get my eyesight checked as it has been about a year since my last check up. They were able to fit me in and took my glasses off to check them before giving me an eye test which they then did quite throughly. Health of my eyes all good no drastic change in my vision so I did not need new glasses. I asked about the operation you can have to correct your sight but I was told that my eye sight was not really bad enough. I do like it when I am advised that I dont have to spend money. I also asked about getting frames from on line - I had noticed the cost of their frames in the shop and I was told there would be a charge of €45 for them doing the fitting. I was very impressed that I was not pushed into buying anything else and all my questions were answered clearly and to my satisfaction. While there I thought I may as well get my hearing checked as I do on occasion get told by family members that they think that I am deaf. Had head phones put over my ears to block any sound and all I had to do was press a button when I heard any sound from a machine. Simple. Tested well for my hearing and asked the girl to confirm to said mother I was not deaf. Bless her she told my mother I had 'selective hearing'. ...she is probably quite correct.

Hugely impressed with the care and attention that I got from the guys, the seemingly endless array of tests and the attention to detail was great. After wifey had approved my frames choice I got measured up (again, lots of checking, double checking and measuring) and 4 days later I collected the specs... I dealt with 4 staff members in all and each one was genuinely friendly and helpful (or if not genuinely, then they were great actors, and that's all that matters!) . recommended!

A few weeks later, the screen shattered from a fall of less than a meter - onto a wooden floor - with a protective case on. I returned and was charged another €200 for a second replacement. This time, they added a screen protector - something they should have done in the first place. Not long after, a blue inky patch appeared on the top left of the screen and gradually spread, making the phone completely unusable. Crucially, the phone had not been dropped, hit, or damaged in any way after the second repair. When I went back, they made me wait over an hour while the phone was supposedly being "assessed" (it just sat untouched on a desk). Eventually, I was told I'd need another new screen--and that it wasn't their fault after spending EU550 with them on two screens. Ended up getting it fixed properly by another provider for €150. Bottom line: Terrible customer service, poor-quality parts, and you'll find better prices and reliability elsewhere. Avoid ExpressTech at all costs.

I've basically handed over my laptop and gotten zero updates or resolution. It feels like they've either lost my device or just can't be bothered anymore. Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible. If you value your time, money, or your device -- go somewhere else.
