I've wanted to work from home for quite some time and got into video editing. Frontier upload and download speeds were so slow, I'd have to wait at least a whole day to download videos clients sent, and upload videos I edit for them. Wisprenn services proved to be stable when doing other tasks such as gaming, watching streams, etc. However, when uploading and downloading files the internet crashes often making my work impossible. Online and over the phone they sounded like they'd be better than Frontier, not extremely better, but better non the less. But, as I already said, at least with frontier and having to wait a whole day I'd be able to upload and download video files. Wisprenn let me down. Felt like I was finally going to catch a break, and do my work more efficiently, but instead I'm left having to tell clients I can't do any work for them because the connection is so unstable. If you're in the Westwood area I don't recommend either Frontier or Wisprenn. Please find something else because these two are garbage.

Frontier billed me for 2 months, $185, when I cancelled service after 3 days and disconnected their modem. 4. No legitimate customer service is available at Frontier phone lines. Not one single Frontier representative informed me of the reason my account was billed two months, because porting the land line number back to Spectrum from Frontier in their minds, justifies billing me for two months, and sending my delinquent payment to collections, rather than serving the customer, with appropriate billing for 3 days of service provided.

She said that it "was impossible" to have service outages with fiber internet. I knew this was false but let that go. She also assured me that the equipment was owned by me and if I ever cancelled service I would not need to return the EERO's that were provided. Well, none of that was true. Within the first month of service I had four outages with each one lasting multiple days. I work from home and cannot afford to lose internet for multiple days. Each time they assured me that this would be fixed quickly. Each time it took multiple days. Eventually I called to cancel my service. The first person I spoke to said that I would need my account PIN to cancel. I did not have that with me so I said I would call back. I called back after finding my PIN. Weirdly, no one else that I spoke to ever asked for my PIN. Instead the second person I spoke to told me that they would cancel my service. They did so, but then informed me they were going to charge me a cancellation fee and a restocking fee. I asked that those be waived because of my poor experience utilizing the Frontier service. They said that they needed to speak to a supervisor. They put me on hold for around 30 minutes and then hung up the phone. I called back again and this time just asked for a supervisor. I spoke with someone who was somewhat helpful this time. They cancelled my service and waived the cancellation fee but are still trying to charge me a $50 restocking fee. HORRIBLE company, horrible service, DO NOT sign up with Frontier, you will regret it.

I was about 6th on waiting list, and it was not long compared to my last visit there. Mark was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and oh so helpful. Best of all, service with a smile. Gis parents, grandparents, whomever have GOT to be so proud of him. I know I am, and I let him know. Yes, we chatted up a mini storm but he was able to work, talk and get me out. Vest part was I was able to get new equipment for a relocation tomorrow. This "kid" has a very bright future. Seriously blessed o ha e crossed paths with him.
