Nay lied to her because frontier would not switch her as a new customer. He conned her out of $79.98 and now she has to dispute the transaction with her credit card company. She called corporate but unfortunately this location is not corporate and they would not help her. Nay won't get very far on lies. Nor will this location! Beware and double check if the location you're going to is corporate. I'm pretty sure Verizon would not approve of this guy Nay nor would they hire him.
