First of all, I don't come to Wolfe behavioral health for ADHD. I know i don't have ADHD. But she was very persistent that I get testing done, so I agreed. She asked for my email and phone number so she could contact me. Never happened. I guess the testing also takes 4-6 weeks because of the insurance. I understand Dr. Holland was trying to be helpful but the other reviews for this place almost have the same experience with Holland. Ridiculous. I definitely do not recommend Dr. Holland.

When my child was finally tested I was happy with Dr. Holland. After testing we waited weeks for results. Yes, they give you scales for teachers to fill out but I got that back quickly. Again, several calls about when the report would be ready. When we finally had our follow up with Dr. Holland she gave us some suggestions for therapy and told us the office would contact us. Never happened. I'm going somewhere else. There are other options and although Dr. Holland was great, I will not be going back or referring anyone I know.

I was told to do the paperwork in advance and that an appointment would already be set by today at a certain time a day before my arrival. My paperwork was done already. I showed up early and rang the doorbell twice. I called the counselor twice. I texted the counselor. No answer. Not even a courtesy call to call me and tell me that my appointment has been delayed or canceled in advance or a potential problem with my paperwork. I finally get a text about a 1/2 an hour later, give me a bogus excuse, saying that there was a mistake. I really wish with the traveling and the gas and getting there early, just to get irresponsibly blown off from them because of their irresponsibility and bias, that I could charge them the seventy five dollar cancellation fee for her not showing up for the appointment. And I suspect with good reason of of another employeee that I did not know of previously who worked their, who I feel has ill will towards me, and suspect that she was an influence to the incompetent and dismissive way that they treated me. I feel this therapist re-judged me based on another's advice. I don't believe a word they say. I don't trust them. And be careful about signing their iron clad contracts!
