    Secom is a company that I trust. There are never any overcharge surprises in my bills. They have…read moreonly raised their rates once in 7 years. When I have a problem, I get prompt service, both here and at work. Yesterday, after a couple days of slow internet, I left a message for IT. Not only did I receive a phone call back right away, but Jeff came to fix the problem within an hour. The harsh winds had blown the dish out of alignment. He climbed up on the roof, replaced an old piece of equipment and found the best signal. Jeff is personable, polite, knowledgeable and offers great customer service. Thank you Secom!

But not so much/greatly IMPROVED within the past 2 years. What are your priorities; how fast your next NETFLIX FIX is delivered? OR...how KINDNESS in our daily interactions in life...make us better humans, besides calming down our crazy, mixed up world. PEOPLE -- this is a relatively new company, stretching its legs, building its product, etc.!! We have beome an INSTANT SOCIETY with the patience of an agitated hornet!! What matters oveall - IMHO...is the KINDNESS in their customer service! Having worked over 50 years in the customer service SANDBOX - incurred extensive training by large companies such as EASTERN AIRLINES...N.Y. and N.J Bell Telephone....The V.A. Medical Cemter....CO. Real Estate...National Park SERVICE....such that I can REALISTICALLY attest - with out question nor hesitation, that the constant - did I memntion - CONTINUAL - EXCEllENT (KIND) customer service I receive from the SECOM staff ....could NOT be better. HANDS DOWN. And they maintain their hometown ownership as they continually expand their product area coverage. Have you tried talking to a REAL PERSON lately, in large companies? Do you enjoy being treated like a third grader as you attempt to "interact" with computerized answering phone trees that have the brain pattern of a college-level basic computer program? WELL! Not with SECOM! Real people, folks! Real conversations! REAL solutions - within a few minutes...WITH KINDNESS. As for integrity of sevice, I have had NO service interuption with my internet nor my home phone, in over a year.
