Kim and Charlie were great to work with for installing our Starlink unit at our new property in Florissant. Communication was great throughout the process and on the day of mounting the starlink, Charlie arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He kept the install looking clean by mounting everything is discreet locations and keeping the wires out of sight. Charlie was a real life saver. We were enjoying the beautiful mountains of Colorado but we hit it during monsoon season and we had absolutely no reception where we were. He scheduled the next day to come out, showed up on time, and worked all day to customer fit our products to our camper. He worked efficiently and was very thorough. He even was kind enough to help out with something totally unrelated on our camper. Covering a vent hole where the cover blew off so we wouldn't have water leaking in. He is also very fair in price. Charlie and Kim with Mountain Range Satellite are top notch. While staying at Mountain View's at Rivers Edge RV Resort in Creede, CO, he permanently flat mounted our Starlink Gen 3 on the roof of our coach and installed DirecTV streaming devices inside. He did a great job and we are ecstatic! Our trip home from Creede to Seabrook, TX could not have been easier. Each afternoon we pulled into a new location, flipped the Starlink router on and had instant DirecTV streaming, including local channels for our current location. He also provided DirecTV streaming devices to install at our home. In addition, our WiFi is lightening fast with our new Gen 3. What a fantastic organization to work with. After 40+ years as a Leader in the Information Technology field, I retired to the mountains, and needed Starlink setup. In my IT experience, I've worked with dozens of installers in various capacities; and Mountain Range is by far, the best group I have ever worked with. Incredibly supportive of my schedule and requirements: they arrived on time, the installation was very polished and professional, and their costs were as quoted. Charlie and Kim were a delight to work with, and unbelievably kind in their efforts. Google may say they are "permanently closed"; but, that is hogwash. Charlie did an absolutely outstanding job !! We needed our sat antenna repaired and Mountain Range Sat. came to us at Tiger Run RV Resort in Breckenridge, in August 2023. Charlie diagnosed the problem and determined that it was not repairable as both motors were bad. They called Winegard and arranged for a warranty replacement, as it was installed in Jan. 2023. Charlie came back and installed the new antenna. Here's where it got really great. Charlie attached the roof cables beautifully (no holes) and routed them into the media compartment inside the coach. much more tidt and professional that the previous install. Then, which was not requested or required to install the roof sat, he reworked the compartment - organizing the wiring, removing excess and unneeded wiring and carefully zip tied the wiring properly. so, tidy and organized !! Previously it had been a rat's nest with wads of wiring just crammed in. Charlie then went over everything, including instructing me on the Dish network (we had been DTV). Overall the service we received was at the top of any service we have received in any fashion - house, auto, appliance, whatever - much less on the RV. Again, absolutely outstanding. read more

Called Camping World to take the sat dish off my RV and they said sorry booked till April but they did have a business card for Mountain Range Satellite. The owner lives in Colorado in the summer and works the Phoenix market in the winter. I called him as the motor on my sat dish on the RV was not working. He had an opening that afternoon so he came over. Winegard was advance replacing me a unit but needed the serial number under my unit. He tried to repair it but the motor was done. He was pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. He is available 10 hours a day 7 days a week. I was pretty surprised to find so few reviews for this outfit. This guy pretty much installs all the satellites for RV dealers in Colorado Springs. He is meticulous, and his wiring is impressively clean. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. Not only was he able to schedule with me quickly, but he confirmed the appointment, showed up on time, explained lots of options, worked his butt off, and did the best wiring job for a TV, Satellite, and cell booster that I've ever seen (checkout cableporn on Reddit--this guy is that good, borderline artist but definitely a meticulous craftsman). Our cell boost had a cheesy ladder mount that I wasn't too excited about. I didn't even have to ask, he installed this on a clean, professional mount in the middle of the roof. Looks great.
