When you are seeking help for a specific reason they tend to push you aside until they feel like helping. I have dealt with many problems in the past 3 years since I started going there for treatment but more problems have come into play since Lisa started working the front desk in Weymouth. In my opinion, drug rehabilitation is a serious matter, and the women that work at this office treat us in a moderate fashion. Needless to say they don't really care about us as patients, they're just there to get their 8 hours in. Currently I am home sick with COVID-19. I called them for help getting my prescription at the pharmacy since I was having some issues getting it. They have refused to make this easier for me while I am sick in bed with COVID-19 and proceeded to tell me to still come into their office for an appointment potentially infecting other patients and staff. Their blatant disregard for my well being or other patients has become clear to me during our last interaction. I would highly recommend other facilities since my experiences here have not been enjoyable, efficient, or easy as it should be as a recovering patient just trying to get better.

I love that they have all veriaty of services, because I don't have transportation , so I am able to do multiple appointments at this one place. This led to an intensely stressful situation for myself (autistic with MDD and other conditions) and my partner. It was a completely unwarranted call, and makes me question whether ANY mental health providers can be trusted now. Or is not "pro medicine"? What does that even mean? Why are you a psychiatrist- so you can see families struggling and make them feel worse by acting as if they could just "parent better" all would be right? Directly contradicting the neuropsychology evaluation of his own workplace??? Has he ever read a study on outcomes for children with ADHD? For a child with ADHD who works so hard to improve, IEP, executive coaching, therapy, etc etc - But that continues to struggle with impulsivity, hyperactivity, distractibility, and the resultant self esteem issues that occur because of the negative impact on every aspect of life - his solution: parent better. Obviously, a Harvard education does not mean you learn how to be a decent human being. Save yourself insult to injury and avoid this condescending quack like the plague. The medical field has plenty of arrogant know it all suits- I truly wish for the world he picked a different field for those patients who truly need help only to be further demoralized by a visit with this guy.
