    Don't have X-rays and won't diagnose 90% of what they seem to say they would. Don't waste your time

    Great medical care completely overshadowed by an incompetent and dismissive billing department…read more ConvenientMD submitted my claim with an incorrect code, causing my insurance to deny it. After spending hours on the phone with said insurance, they literally explained exactly how the office could correct the issue and resubmit the claim properly. I then spent HOURS trying to communicate this to ConvenientMD's billing staff, only to be told they would not fix a coding error THEY made. Not "could not." Would not. They knowingly left me responsible for charges created by their own mistake. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of accountability and communication. They advertise email responses within 24-48 hours, yet days later there was still no response at all. Patients should not have to act as middlemen between an urgent care and an insurance company because the billing department refuses to do its job.

Tricare told me how to explain to them to fix it. hours upon hours later, the billing team said they wouldn't fix it. wouldn't recommend this crappy customer service to my worst enemy. They advertise that the billing staff responds to emails in 24-48 hours. 3 days later still no response. 72 is greater than 48. Go to a different urgent care if you don't want to waste hours of your life dealing with stuff You shouldn't have to.

I haven't been feeling well for a while and yesterday I hit a new low. I hadn't thought about going anywhere until I stopped by CVS to pickup some prescriptions. I noticed there was next to no wait at the MinuteClinic and decided to sign in. The sign in process was easy and it was great to see that you can now schedule your appointment and save your place in line without waiting. I was greeted by the nurse practitioner named Danielle. She listened to all of my concerns and was super friendly with a great bedside manner. Within about 10 minutes (would have been less if I wasn't so talkative) she figured out the problem and sent the prescription right away to the pharmacy onsite. It was an easy transaction and I am grateful for the convenience during a time where I truly felt terrible and would not have wanted to wait hours to be seen. I highly recommend it. If you're wondering how long the wait will be, check out their site and be sure to reserve your space in line!

It was very busy so I had to stay in the hallway, and even though it was still a great attentive ordeal. Matt was checking on me and making sure I was doing good. I had been hit by a car while I was in the crosswalk it was a terrorizing thing that happened to me. The next afternoon I was brought up to a ward with many beds, and again I was given the best care by the nurses, Mary and Laura. I felt as though I was the only patient that they each had. Your Nurses are the best ever, at South Shore Hospital. Thank you so much to everyone that I met on 12/10/22 and 12/11/22

    First Do No Harm South Shore Hospital in Weymouth…read moreMassachusetts must learn and remember the first and most sacred rule in medicine - First Do No Harm: On a cold morning on December 2, 2024, at 6:00AM in the morning, I brought my one and only sibling to South Shore Hospital for very important and much-awaited surgery. He was using his walker and walked though the revolving door entrance to the main lobby. As he walked through, the door malfunctioned and grabbed his arm, squashing it against the side of the frame and the hydraulically moving door panel. This was witnessed by the SSH personnel at the front desk who immediately summoned security personnel. They were both very helpful and directed us to go straight to the ER for treatment. They BOTH relayed that the door had been a consistent problem and my brother was not the first person to be injured. They both stated they had requested (on several occasions) that the door be repaired - or, at the very least, a warning sign erected. Nothing had been done by the time my brother was injured. Currently, South Shore Hospital is refusing to help my brother or offer any type of consideration. The hospital's insurance company was notified of the incident immediately and the blatant negligence of the hospital was described and memorialized. The cold-hearted, non-caring, disrespectful treatment by the hospital has been stunning. Beware if you go to South Shore Hospital expecting good care or assistance.
