Probably one of the worst places to be seen if you need an emergency visit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]as soon as I walked in the nurse receptionist says in a bit of nasty tone that i need to fill out the paperwork on my phone. told her sorry I didn't see it and rolls her eyes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] then I get seen by the nurse who seemed like she knew what she was doing and she ran some tests for Covid and strep. then Danielle Salvaggio, NP, steps in and tells me I'm negative for all the tests that I need to explain what's going on. I told her I'm a bit frustrated because I feel physically sick and she's saying it's just an acute cough. mind you I went in for respiratory problems because I couldn't breathe. didn't bother to address the problem with my asthma. she just told me that i couldve had Covid two weeks ago and now I could be getting a 2nd infection. that's how I know she wasnt listening. I already told her I tested negative for it a couple weeks ago and feel like I can't breathe. [[HIGHLIGHT]]she then has an attitude with me and says "well I'm not telling you nothings wrong just you don't have Covid" so I ask her okay so what's wrong I need help and I don't feel good. she SHRUGS her shoulders and says we could try antibiotic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] like really? I'm visibly having hot flashes and chills and she tells me that it's nothing but we can try this. then hands me my discharge papers and practically skips out cause it's the end of her shift and says feel better. walking out the nurses are excited that it's closing time. I felt unheard, misdiagnosed and then rushed to leave. nothing shows that I was having a hard time breathing, that my body is shaking and I literally can't swallow anything. i will never go back and if I could recommend, i absolutely would NOT!. and looking at the reviews it looks like im not the only one who's had this type of issue. They told me I was suffering from allergies and to take Zyrtec and Flonase. Still felt lousy on Wednesday and on Thursday I took a home COVID test and it came out positive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Went back as soon as I could on Thursday evening only to be told that they weren't taking anymore patients for the day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] WHAT?!?! This is your misdiagnosis!! I wanted to get Paxlovid but they gave me excuses saying that they may not prescribe it and insurance won't cover it and it will cost $1500, and I should come back first thing the next morning. I left there, arranged a telehealth visit with my insurance carrier and in about an hour had Paxlovid waiting for me at the pharmacy for a $25 copay. It is crystal clear to me that the people at ConvenientMD have no clue what they are doing and they don't give a damn about their patients. read more

I had an excellent provider experience with convenientMD. My issue is with the billing department. I knew I would have a co-pay and so when I received the request to pay the $37 I called and confirmed to charge the card on file via the automated system and thought "wow, that was easy". When I continued to get notifications, I saw the transaction was in my account and didnt pay much attention. Later when I looked again, I saw that instead of charging my account, they credited my account and yes I should have looked more closely previously but just saw that the $37 was there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I tried to reach an actual person to get it resolved quickly but only able to get automated robot systems.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I confirmed permission to charge the card again and received an email receipt but I am still getting reminders to include the "this is your last notice" types. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have since put in a contact request on their website but I am not very hopeful that I will get to speak with an actual human.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I will not use their services again because the amount of time and effort it is requiring to deal with a $37 co-pay has really taken the convenience out of the equation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] read more

After a few punctures on my right arm trying to find an artery, she tried it on my left arm, but it ended up in a huge bruise, larger than it should've ever been, and more painful than the average for such procedure. I drove my wife in today, after she initially talked to "Convenient"MD, about getting tested for COVID19, and they turned her away. I tested positive for COVID19, and have been in quarantine for two weeks. She basically turned our house into a hospital, worked tirelessly nursing me back to health, while taking care of our teenage son, out of Weymouth High for a month now, and going to work as an essential worker. She called at 5PM today, and they said she didn't have much time, and would have to get in before they close at 6PM. We rushed there, and arrived at 5:44PM. After speaking with one of the employees, as she, and another were taking down the collapsible tent out front, the same with a banner saying they close at 6PM, the employee told my wife she would have to call from the parking lot. When she did, at 5:48PM, she indicated they were closing, and she would have to come back tomorrow. The lack of work ethic of this facility is vile. Stating that they close at 6PM, and close ten minutes beforehand is weak, despicable, especially in light of many health care workers working today to help curb this awful pandemic. I would seriously reconsider this facility if you are looking for quality healthcare. The way they cut corners, and their blaise approach to providing care, it's evident any diagnosis, and suggested treatment would come with a rather large question mark. read more

Visited because I've had sinus infection symptoms for 6 days. They said they wouldn't prescribe me anything until the 10th day - which is totally fine. What I find ridiculous is they won't let me call on the 10th day to let them know, I'd have to return for a 2nd visit (and pay the copay again). Complete opposite of "Convenient". Overall, I left with a negative experience. I went to the Westborough MA location. My son was seen relatively quickly (positive) and got a rapid strep test and we requested a rapid covid test too so we would know right away if he was positive. If the rapid Covid test was negative for him, he would then do the PCR test which is more accurate but takes longer for results. We wanted to know if it was positive asap. The Dr. on call, Dr. Leonard Waice, refused to give us a rapid test and told us to go to a pharmacy to get one. I told him I could not find them at any local pharmacy as they are selling out fast once they get on the shelves per the CVS pharmacist. He did not care. I was in the exam room with my son, and he did not even acknowledge me. (because he did not want to get into with me about why he refused to let us do the rapid test). Left disappointed. read more

Do not go here! If you want proper medical care by professional medical staff this is not the place. My adult daughter came home from vacation with a terrible earache I suggested she go get it checked out. I went with her just in case she couldn't drive as her equilibrium was off. Unfortunately, she chose Convenient MD over her own doctor for well... convenience. The whole experience was something out of the twilight zone. We were rushed from one room to another and after waiting 20+ minutes a staff member cracked the door and said it's going to be a while longer so I was surprised as we had already been waiting approximately 45 min since arrival. My daughter asked to use the facilities and they told her no..I spoke and said excuse me.. We've been here a long time.. You asked we wait longer . She needs a bathroom and you say no... She then says.. Hold on. . And then tells my daughter..hurry up... We again wait .. Then the nurse practitioner came in and he said there was situation and that's why we were in the room so long. He then spent 2 seconds looked in my daughter's right ear only and diagnosed her and then left the room. He couldn't wait to get us out of there. He wouldn't let us open the door until we were ready and tells us that somebody came in that may or may not have a communicable disease. But, don't worry. We are then rushed out the in door and they have another staff member sitting at the door not letting people in. Asked her what the truth was and she stated well I'd definitely wash my hands really good. Just straight up shady. We got to the pharmacy to find out ..in fact no prescription was called in and when the pharmacist tried to call nobody would answer the phone. She had to call corporate and she was horrified at the situation. We finally got her prescription filled after another half hour I then thought about the whole bums rush shady situation really upset me. I have elderly parents and an infant granddaughter and I have the right to know what I may have been exposed to I called and finally got through and was fed a full helping of BS. I'm still waiting for the phone call to let me know if I have anything to worry about . Won't hold my breathe! The worst part.... Because of the half a**** treatment. The fact that he should have thoroughly examined both ears, nose and throat my daughter is in excruciating pain and I am now taking her to see a real medical professional at a real medical facility. And yes, this could happen any where. a person contaminated could enter a facility I'm in however..I would expect clarity, professionalism. I wish I could give you zero stars. PS.. Your cashier tried to give $10 change from a$20 bill for a $20 Co pay. Thank goodness we're honest because if your lack of medical care doesn't sink you your cashier's math skills will... the website reads like they have Doctors on site who are full service. in fact, if you need a prescription for pain, they won't write one. after sitting in the waiting room for a long time with my wife who was in extreme pain, it turned out to be complete waste of time better just going to the emergency room. "Nurse" came in without a name tag, didn't know about the medication she wanted to give me, she had to look it up on her phone, assistant grabbed the urine cup without gloves on, sink didn't work, toilet didn't work. Gave 2 different medicines for no reason as the test came back from the lab with nothing wrong. They don't even take blood here. read more

That place needs to be re-evaluted by someone who actually knows what they are doing. My fiance was in there over the summer and the horrible doctor wanted to send him back to work with a horrible case of sciatica the next day!!!!! He was out of work for 2 months with a second opinion and someone who actually looked into it to see what was going on. I went to urgent care last month after an incident at work. The same horrible doctor told me I could go back to work after asking me 3 questions and looking at my knee. Well I have a torn ligament and was out of work for 2.5 weeks and was given PT exercises to do at home. He is a disgrace to their commitment to HELP those in need of urgent care. Horrible experience overall both times and we will NEVER go back there. read more

I needed an infection in my finger lanced and I went to see my primary care who told me his office did not do that but he agreed that it needed to be done so he referred me to another office whose first available appointment was an online appt in 2 weeks time. I noticed the ConvenientMD office across the street from my work and I walked in on my lunch break. I was back at work with a lanced and cleaned up finger within a half hour. The whole staff was so amazing that I will likely go there for small things in the future and save my primary care doctors office for check ups and bigger issues. They were even very respectful of my phobia of needles and even gave me a tip for handling that issue in the future. I am so grateful for this wonderful service! Walked in late afternoon on a Sunday for a sinus infection that had been brewing for about 7 days. Staff was very friendly upon greeting/check in. Had to wait probably about an hour, I kept busy online so time passed fast enough. Staff was efficient and professional, saw tech 1st for info gathering, then PA or Nurse. She (Kathryn or Cathryn) was intune to my issue about how bad my sinuses were, what I had been doing to manage my own care and what I would need to avoid having to call in or come back in next day or two. I was able to obtain a prescription for next day if needed, which is great as I travel for a living, and a trip was scheduled in 4 days. Check out was easy. I know I have a co pay, however she suggested I let the insurance run through first since it wasn't clear to her exactly what my co pay was going to be. All and all was a very positive experience, I would recommend. read more
