He is great at diagnosing problems as well as fixing them. Once water was gushing out from under the soil next to my home. He couldn't make it out that day but he told me what to do, which in my state of mind I couldn't think of doing on my own. He came out the next day and diagnosed a broken stop-waste valve. Very honestly he told me that was not a problem he was allowed to work on. He did, however, connect me with someone who was able to come out later that day and work on the problem and fix it. We purchased three Weeping…read moreWhite Spruce trees at over $500 each in April and a landscaping company that actually does business with Country Gardens planted them for us, and within 6 weeks, two of the trees were dying. Were they left over from last year? They were properly irrigated, along with the other new plants that are still thriving. We went to Country Gardens and complained and they refused to do anything about it, because we did not have them plant the trees. We know we properly took care of these trees and they do not stand behind their products and we will not do business with them again.

Bottom line -- DO NOT USE -- use someone who will service that they put in.
