He text me at 8:51am and said they'll have a crew there today. I waited for them to come all morning and made sure I rolled up the hoses and put my pets away. They had 2 guys show up at 12:15 then leave at 1:46. I then got a text saying they did 8-hrs of work. They invoiced me 4 hours and 28 minutes for total time spent. I explained to Fernando saying I need 4 more hours and no one worked on my backyard that was my priority. He argued with me about it and said "it's my yard and it got done. I will need 8 more hours if I want that backyard done." If you want a shady company that just wants to screw you over for money this is it. I just wanted some help with my yard.

I looked around on Yelp and Google and called a few places for quotes. These guys got back to me immediately, said they could come out the same day, and gave me a quote and a few options for repair or replacement. This is incredible-- another local place I called wanted me to wait 2 weeks and pay $175 just for someone to come out and give a quote. They showed up that same afternoon, did great work, charged a reasonable price, and even adjusted two sprinkler heads for me for free. I was impressed. The next morning I noticed some wet ground near where they worked and thought maybe they had accidentally left something leaking. Ben came right back to check it out. But it wasn't related to their work-- it was a different sprinkler problem of mine that I hadn't previously noticed. Ben fixed that problem also and again charged me a really reasonable amount. Consider me doubly impressed. Overall, these guys blew away any expectations I had for sprinkler repair. They were responsive, fast, honest, did great work, and charged a reasonable amount. They even were equipped to do some more complicated work on a backflow prevention system. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
