I don't have one single problem with the finished product. My hesitation on giving it the highest rating is the time it took to finish it. I signed my contract 7/15 and my work was finally completed this week. I will of course give them the 3 weeks to get the permit. But honestly! When the salesman signed us up, he said once we had the permit, it could be done in 2 weeks. Our patio was unusable for over 2 months. I ended up acting like the Project Manager, calling all of the sub contractors myself to line up time to get work done. Would I do it with them again? Probably, but I would definitely not sign a contract until I had a end date written into the contract. (P.S. count how many times they tell you they do work on the temples. This was a little off putting)
