I've been in contact with Green Electric over the past 6 weeks for a mere a quote on an instlation of heat pumps. I've sent numerous emails, text messages, and phone messages to be almost totally ignored. On occassion, I would receive a phone call when I questioned their professiolism. Regardless of the contact method, my efforts to get a simple quote went un answered. Michelle and her brother Mike certainly provide one great dependable service, on going lip service on a continues basis when and if they respond. I've been working with NEIF and have been approved for a loan for my project that requires time sensitive information to be returned by the selected contractor (Greenlaw Electric). My requests for neccessary and pertinent time sensitive information from Greenlaw Electric went unanswered although thet were aware of my time constraints.
