Had the misfortune of having them subcontracted for our electrical work by Jax Pro Construction. No project management by either of them, showed up for a few hours here and there with a different crew each time and took weeks to complete. At the end of the project they presented me with a massive bill - more than 4x what our electrical contingency was with no coherent explanation. Mr. Breeden then showed up at my house uninvited and immediately started threatening a lien filing. My sense is that this is the standard routine for this company given all of the amateur legal letters and certified mail that I received. Endured a hassle with an illegal lien filing and am now free of the issue but want to strongly warn others - avoid Mr. Breeden and his partner Yossi Kaslasi at Jax Pro Construction. There are good, honest and ethical contractors out there. Check BBB, Yelp and others - both for your general contractor and their key subcontractors. We were traveling across country in our motor home when we discovered it was leaking fuel. We have…read morea Cummins 330 hp motor that is accessed from inside the rear bedroom as well as outside thru the back engine compartment. We arrived near noon and were told they would be with us as soon as possible. Around 2:00 Will Gunsaulus got with us and diagnosed the problem as loose fuel lines - difficult to reach. He had us in the shop, lines tightened and out before the work day was done. We spent the night at the facility where they have water and electric shore power. The next morning Will checked an engine warning light; he diagnosed a speed sensor that has a break in the line at no charge. We had had an oil leak repaired in Texas - a main seal replaced. It had thrown oil everywhere in the engine compartment & was a mess. Will managed to tighten the fuel lines without leaving one smudge of grease/oil or dirt on any surface although he was covered in it by the time he finished. He removed his shoes to enter the RV and placed papers and plastic covers on the carpets. We highly recommend Will Gunsaulus and Cummins Inc in Jacksonville, FL! They also put in a dimmer switch and did some work on two exterior outlets. They don't charge to come out for estimates and are very reasonably priced. They were on time, professional and completed the work to our total satisfaction. I highly recommend them and will use them again the next time I need any electrical work done.
