Its not even smooth surfaces he said they dont do sanding .... i HAVE to retexture my wall myself Fine i get it but the guy who cut holes in our walls 2 yrs ago to instal caneras did a better mudding/fill job than this guy. Ill be going through all camera footage as ive already seen he's hit my wall with our metal ladder too many times to count yesterday and now i get to finish and fix his poor filling job on ALL cut outs in my home MYSELF. Yup gotta wait for drake customer service and blah blah blah. Look we all have real life problems but there are so many in consistency with what he said yesterday and today . There's no way other people can be happy with this type of "rough patchwork " id like to see those pics. Their first available appointment was a week out, probably because they are the ONLY electricians that actually answer the phone or return phone calls. Two gentlemen came out to my house and spent an hour or so checking each point in the current until they were able to identify the issue and fixed it quickly once located. All in all came out to about $100/HR. Both electricians were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest. I would use them again for sure.
